Horrible experience. Condos hired regionex to exterminate. They only give you a small window of time to come by and say you need to be out or else. We also have a pet and we had to put her elsewhere as well (even though my dad and I work and i work from home and do not have the luxury of being out at said times) when I told them this they were unflexible and unwilling to come at another time. Not only that but they are in and out in 10 min flat. They keep coming back about 15 times now..if they are really good, they wouldn't need to keep coming back. My grandma is being charged a $1000 each time they come, for 10 minutes! Save your money and time and don't go with this company.

Terrible services. Our landlord Minto uses this company to treat bed bugs and clearly their methods are not working. We do everything possible on our end. Yesterday i would have given this company a 5 star review as the gentleman who came seemed a knowledgable man. But when we repeated what he had advised us to our management company he back tracked on everything he told us to do. Very disappointed as the information he gave us seemed to be of great value as a homeowner. But once questioned on this information he backtracked it. Call a spade a spade if you really know your stuff your not going to say one thing to the homeowner and a next to the management company paying the bill. At the end of the day me and my fellow home owners are footing the bill!@@ and we expect honest feedback not payed feedback! So goes my trust in your 30 years experience... homeowner management companies beware if your looking for a honest opinion dont look here.

Regionex came into my apartment and suggested a treatment for the cockroaches(not caused by us). I live in a studio apartment + a puppy so I don't much room to move stuff around but gave it my best shot and only left quarter of the kitchen cupboards intact and suggested he work on the washroom as well as the surrounding areas before he touches the kitchen but said that regardless everything must be cleared out which doesn't make any sense if he had listened to my plan. He came in for 2mins and left by saying "Building management will book you another time. Bye." These people are unprofessional and will waste your time, they do not know what customer service is which is why they have been getting such bad reviews. He couldn't even compromise and follow through my plan. If your building uses Regionex to exterminate I'd suggest you reconsider and get out. I don't recall his name because he didn't give any cards or information. Just goes to show how professional they are and if they try to act friendly with you, its to only waste your precious time. TLDR: DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

Possibly the worst experience with a business I have ever encountered. We live in a studio with a puppy and they had asked us to clear everything out (+ move the fridge and stove out) so they could do treatment (which by the way - is only supposed to take 5 minutes [is that even an adequate amount of time?]). They didn't give us a time of arrival and gave us a window of time (9-12). We honestly moved everything out of the washroom, kitchen, and medicine cabinet as best we could but if we had put everything on the floor (+other surfaces) there would be no space for the exterminator and us to walk around. The only things we were unable to clear out were 2 cabinets which had items I could have held in my hand while he did it and moving the stove and fridge outwards. If I had moved the stove and fridge outwards you would NOT be able to get into the kitchen let alone turn 360 degrees while standing still. We did the best we could - so if a treatment is only supposed to take 5 minutes, are you REALLY treating everywhere? Needless to say the man who visited did not compromise or start treating other areas that we had ready 100%. If your building uses Regionex as their company for pest control, take it as a warning and go elsewhere.

This company is odd. Building management sent out an email stating that Regionex was to enter my apartment to set up several traps for pest control as a preventative measure. I hadn't seen any "pests" but sure, fine. I have pets at home so when I called Regionex to ask if their traps were pet friendly, the lady who answered took my name and number and said someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I decided to stay home that day so I could ask the technician myself if the traps were pet friendly. Turns out the ones he was using were fine. When I asked what "pests" exactly he was looking for (as I deserve to know...) he responded "ah, little creatures." -_- cool. I normally would have pestered more, but I'm out of here in a couple weeks...not worth the effort.

This company is used by my apartment complex Osgoode properties. They have been 'treating' a cockroach infestation for over a year and it is worse now than when they started. The only 'treatment' that they ever perform is putting a few small dabs of MaxForce gel in the exact same spots in your cabinets over and over again to no results.

Great company. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Management company (Minto) sent Regionex for a bedbug issue that I had been dealing with for 2 years. I have had several different companies try and solve my bedbug issue and nothing was changing. All they did was make excuses for why their treatments was not working. Regionex technician (Stephan) came and did a thorough inspection and told me exactly what I had to do. Preparation was intense but that’s what was needed to get rid of the problem and he was right. The other companies were not really interested in the preparation that I did. They just wanted to treat and blame me for their treatment not working. I highly recommend Regionex.

We live in a condo complex which hired this company. My wife packed and unpacked everything they required. Guy comes day of, takes 10 mins to spray and leaves. We were required to do this 5 more times. The 5th time was slated for mid April. Yet when we received the bill from the property management there was a copy of the invoice from Regionex stating they came in hazmat suits and whatnot during the peak of the pandemic when when in fact nobody showed up on the date the alleged work was completed.

Dan was fantastic. Before I ever paid him a dime, over a period of six months, he spent a good hour with me on the phone (5 minutes here, 10 minutes there), giving me lots of free advice and information on what bugs I had on our farm and how to treat them. He was generous with his time, and he was frank with me about what treatments were unneeded and just a waste of money. When he came during the right season for my cluster flies and ducts and airways treatments (mid-September), he did a great job. I’ve noticed a considerable reduction in my insects coming out of the baseboards and walls since then. I’ll definitely be calling him back in the spring for a follow-up. Honest guy, highly recommended.

RegionX came into my home and proposed a treatment plan. When I expressed concerns and wanted to talk about it, he refused treatment and stormed out of my home. Extremely unprofessional. Shows you how much they care about their customers and how inflexible they are. Orkin came in, listened to my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan we were both happy with. We both concluded that the issue was not in my home but was coming from adjacent units.

We have a bat in our apartment and the exterminator (I believe his name is Stephen) told us that he wouldn’t come look for it and that we had to isolate it in a room so he could come get it. It took us a week to find the bat and lock it in our bedroom and the exterminator showed up the next day to get it. He walked into my home absolutely wreaking of pot went into my bedroom and looked for about 10 minutes before coming back out and saying he “can’t catch what he can’t see”. He was incredibly rude to me when I insisted that it was in my bedroom and we did EXACTLY what he had asked us to do. He left without even a suggestion of what to do next. Incredibly unprofessional and rude company (even the woman I spoke to on the phone when I originally called was uncaring, unhelpful and rude). Wouldn’t recommend this company. Call Namcor Inc instead they were very helpful and really friendly.

Apartment complex (minto) used these guys and they ask you to remove all items from cupboards, if you dont you will get charged 60$. It was okay the first time but very annoying when they asked the same thing 5 times and there are no pests in the apartment.
