The service was incredibly professional. AJ is very knowledgeable and courteous. He takes the time to explain to anxious customers the various options for ridding their home of pests. While most pest control operations tend to focus on commercial customers, this one provides peace of mind to residential customers (like me). I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their home to be pest free!

I never write review before but today I was very impress with that man probably the owner AJ . It's not my first time I called a pest control compagnie but my first to trust and so respectful and take is time to do the work and answers my questions. If what he did doesn't work because I have to much, we will do step 2. He didn't push me to do it all in one. He Offered me to send some pictures of what he speaks for step 2. A.J. came and did what others failed to do. in a timely manner he set traps, sealed the house, and gave his personal line. was extremely helpful, answered all questions in a reassuring manner. Will only be using A.J. in the future. Highly recommend if you want your problem dealt with in 24 hours instead of "6 to 8 weeks" as quoted by david saunders- (who also has some serious anger issues with women, be warned) of paramount pests. A great company, very professional! I have hired Pest Control Center to remove mice from my house in Ottawa. They did a full inspection of the house from inside and outside, and removed all rodents in just a few days! I would recommend them for any pest control job.

A+ on all fronts Efficient, knowledgeable, affordable and pleasant that’s A. J. owner of Pest Control Center. For a few weeks I had seen a few carpenters ants in my entrance way, in my kitchen (floor only), in the bathroom above the entrance and my bedroom above the kitchen. The most I had ever seen was three at a time where I kept the composting bag. I attended to it myself by putting ants traps you buy at hardware stores…but there was still always the odd ant here or there, 2-3 everyday… Then a Saturday morning I got woken up by an ant on my forehead!!! Total panic. After researching on internet the best reviews etc… for exterminators, I left messages to 3-4 and, based on their response, I chose A.J. who had called me back expeditiously. He came the next day a Sunday. What an excellent choice I made, I was totally pleased with his services. He sprayed inside and outside my house, confirmed I had no ant colony in the house…they were coming in from a little opening in my entrance way and the colony was most likely under the outside ciment entrance stairs (there was a nice small crack there for them to enter). Since A.J. came three weeks ago, I have seen 8 dead ants here and there in my house and never saw one alive again. Now every spring, I plan to have A.J. come and spray the outside of my house to discourage any ants from entering. Thanks A.J. for a great job, now I can sleep in peace in my bed!

I am really amazed by the treatment efficiency and rapidity to get rid of cockroaches in my townhome. I have spent a lot of money during the last year and tried all available products in the market! But the infestation was increasing instead of decreasing! When the technician of this company came for inspection, he pulled the fridge and hundreds of small cockroaches came out, it was so disgusting and scary to see that much of them. The treatment took about 2h, we left the house for 6h as requested. The same guy came again for a followup after 10 days for no extra charge. Results were just amazing!

We had a lot of ants in our cottage, they were identified by the technician as carpenter ants (the big black ones), some of them were winged! The PCC guy explained to us about this pest and did spray the cottage from outside and inside. When we got back after a few hours, all ants were gone and I did not see them anymore for over 4 weeks now! I gave them 5 stars because I liked their service and the results were great.
