Quand la commis-conseil a vu mon sac contenant quelques accessoires pour avoir des conseils couleurs, elle m’a dit qu’elle n’avait pas le temps et que ca aurait été préférable d’avoir une designer à la maison. Est-ce normal de sentir qu’on dérange et de se sentir bousculé quand on a besoin d’acheter un produit et d’avoir quelques conseils? J’ai tout de même acheté pour 700$ de peinture et matériel. Peut-être que le magasin devrait revoir sa politique de services qui ressemble plutôt à un service de fast-food du genre “suivant-next”.
