So another nice delay of 4 to 6 weeks. The part is finally ready, the saleswoman tells me that the installer will contact me during the week to schedule an appointment ... Ok. And here we are 2 weeks later, still no news from the latter. Honestly, I bitterly regret having done business with them. I will have learned my lesson. A specialized kitchen specialist would not have cost us more and the result would have been much better and more personalized. (Original) De loin le pire service à la clientèle de toute ma vie! Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec cette entreprise pour tous gros travaux et encore moins pour refaire vos armoires de cuisine. Nous avons acheter pour plus de 20 000$ pour refaire notre cuisine et tous les travaux de rénovation qui l'entoure. Nous avons eu droit à des délais qui ne finissent plus au niveau de la livraison et de l'installation. On nous avait garanti et confirmé une date, puis ils ont repoussé 2 semaines plus tard. L'installateur finit par trouver du temps pour nous, fait sa job (mais une job qui m'a cochonné la maison au complet car M. sciait directement dans ma cuisine à aire ouverte!!!!!!) et là, BOOM! Il y a une erreur dans soit l'installation, soit le design que la «professionnelle» des cuisines a fait, mais qui rend l'ouverture de la porte de notre hotte micro-onde impossible! On doit donc faire revenir l'installateur... Yeah!. Or, pour «corriger» l'erreur, ils doivent faire refaire un panneau d'armoire... Impossible de le faire en accéléré évidemment... Donc, un autre beau délai de 4 à 6 semaines. La pièce est finalement prête, la vendeuse me dit que l'installateur communiquera avec moi dans la semaine pour scéduler un rdv... Ok. et nous voilà 2 semaines plus tard, toujours pas de nouvelles de ce dernier. Honnêtement, je regrette amèrement d'avoir fait affaire avec eux. J'aurai appris ma leçon. Un cuisiniste spécialisé ne nous aurait finalement pas coûté plus cher et le résultat aurait été beaucoup mieux et plus personnalisé.
