I called Integral XT because one of my neighbors had a major bed bug infestation and their daughter had come to our house a few weeks ago. Fernando offered to inspect my place the day of. I was not even home, I asked a neighbors help to let him in to inspect and he even let me do an e-transfer for payment to accomodate me. All this was done while I was 1 hour away from my place. He conducted a complete inspection and went above and beyond with a preventive treatment just in case. He kept me in the loop throughout his inspection. My parents had a bedbug problem. After no real results from two other exterminator services, they called Integral. They did a far more thorough inspection than the other two companies, did one treatment that was, again, far more thorough than the other companies, then scheduled a follow-up inspection and treatment for a couple weeks later. They are discreet, professional and very friendly. And they are very clear about their procedures and also what YOU can do to prevent the bugs from returning or infesting your place. I said that I would wait a month since spotting the last bug to write a positive review, and that's exactly what I did. No bugs for one month, to the day (knock on wood).
