They start by telling me that I could really take care of Mason wasps on my own since they don't sting, but we agree to do them in addition to the spider treatment for an additional charge. I take the trouble to specify that my condo is on the 3rd floor and that a ladder may be necessary, but I am told that no, the treatment will be done from the inside. The technician shows up the following week, late and without being aware of the work to be done (the order form only mentions the wasps, not the spiders). Arriving in the condo, he tells me that the job will not be possible without a ladder and that the head office has not given me the right information. He leaves, telling me that he will come back the next day at the end of the day. The next day, after more than two hours late on the agreed time, I manage to reach him to be told that he was not at work today, and that he does not understand why the office- chief did not send a replacement. I call the office the next day to clarify everything, I am told that there was a misunderstanding and that they were not aware of all this. I am assured, however, that they can do the window treatments, this time with a truck and a ladder, obviously at an additional cost. We agree on a new date, and I am told that the work will be done in the morning without fail. The same day, I received a call saying that the work will rather be done at the end of the day. J'appelle pour faire traiter mon balcon et mes fenêtres contre les araignées et les guêpes maçonnes. On commence par me dire que je pourrais vraiment m'occuper des guêpes maçonnes toute seule puisqu'elles ne piquent pas, mais on accepte de les faire en plus du traitement contre les araignées pour un supplément. Je prends la peine de préciser que mon condo est au 3e étage et qu'une échelle risque d'être nécessaire, mais on me dit que non, le traitement sera fait de l'intérieur. Le technicien se présente la semaine suivante, avec du retard et sans être au courant du travail à faire (le bon de commande mentionne seulement les guêpes, pas les araignées). En arrivant dans le condo, il me dit que le travail ne sera pas faisable sans échelle et que le bureau-chef ne m'a pas donné les bonnes informations. Il quitte en me disant qu'il repassera le lendemain en fin de journée. Le lendemain, après plus de deux heures de retard sur l'heure convenue, j'arrive à le joindre pour me faire dire qu'il n'était pas au travail aujourd'hui, et qu'il ne comprend pas pourquoi le bureau-chef n'a pas envoyé un remplaçant. J'appelle au bureau le lendemain pour clarifier le tout, on me dit qu'il y a eu une incompréhension et qu'ils n'étaient pas au courant de tout ça. On m'assure toutefois qu'ils peuvent effectuer le traitement des fenêtres, cette fois avec camion et échelle, moyennant évidemment un autre supplément. On convient d'une nouvelle date, et on me dit que le travail se fera en matinée sans faute. Le jour même, je reçois un appel comme quoi le travail sera plutôt fait en fin de journée. Le technicien me rappelle à l'heure où il devait se présenter en me disant que puisque la hose de leur camion est trop courte pour effectuer le travail en étant garé dans mon stationnement, il va repasser la semaine prochaine et se garer dans le stationnement du bloc d'en face malgré que la permission lui ait été refusée par les résidents (une décision prise par la compagnie et non par lui). Je lui dis de laisser faire et de monter traiter uniquement le balcon, je m'arrangerai pour le reste. À mi-chemin dans le traitement, l'équipement du technicien tombe en panne et il ne peut plus vaporiser le produit, je suis obligée de lui fournir une bouteille avec un "push-push" pour qu'il complète le travail. Enfin, lorsque j'appelle la compagnie pour régler ma facture, on vient me dire que le montant qui m'a été facturé n'est pas habituel et que j'aurais dû payer plus, alors que c'est le montant qui m'a été donné dès le début par le gérant. Au final, le traitement est très efficace, mais le service est épouvantable, décousu, et absolument pas professionnel. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne ferai plus affaire avec eux.

Receptionists are not helpful, it is impossible to schedule a date. Because we prepaid for a 3 treatment contract with a guarantee to return, they do not want to come back. Treatments have not at all worked this year. It is our 3rd year using Inspex and will not again unless they improve their customer service.

I've been a customer for many years. The service was always fantastic. Until the couple of years. Now I get slow and poor service. I am not impressed anymore. I no longer feel like a valued customer even though I was one of the first customers and a loyal client, coming back year after year. I am very disappointed.

Trois jours après le traitement, je me suis ramassé deux bonnes toiles d’araignée en allant au garage. Dernière année pour nous. Mise à jour suite aux commentaires du propriétaire: - C'est une tendance remarquée depuis trois ans. Nous sommes client depuis 7 ans. - Nous lavons nos fenêtres une fois par année, avant votre premier traitement. Ma femme a tellement peur des araignées qu'elle ne veut pas prendre de chance d'enlever votre produit. - Plusieurs fois, sur plusieurs années, nous avons appelé pour savoir quand vous allez passer. On ne devrait pas à faire ça constamment. C'est vrai qu'à chaque fois vous êtes revenu... mais c'est trop tard. Je suis malheureusement entouré de personnes qui ont des phobies avec les araignées. S'il y a des araignées, ça veut dire aucune activitées dehors. Pas de jardinage, pas de baignade, pas de souper et on n'ouvre plus les fenêtres de voitures et des fois, ça peut prendre plusieurs jours, météo oblige. J'ai ajouté deux étoiles parce que vous avez pris le temps de répondre et j'imagine que vos clients sont capable de faire la part des choses. Je vous souhaite bonne chance pour la suite des choses.
