Had a small problem with mice. Called Elite. They sent someone who gave me a quote of $400 for a long list of things they were going to do. He took my money then spent less 10 minutes to do the work with a 6 month warrantee. Mice never went away but did return 3 weeks later to do further work (that should have been done the first time)5 1/2 months later mice returned. Elite did not honour their warrantee saying it was more than 6 months, even though it was less than 6 months from the time the work was actually done. When I asked them to come back the guy came and gave me a quote of $1800 for more work without even doing another investigation. I have since found a more reliable and honest exterminator who actually knows what they are doing. Buyer beware. Get more than one quote and definitely don't trust ELITE!
