Staff is super nice and very helpful. I was injured last time I had to go so it was pretty hard to get around on my crutches with my 2 year old son. Staff helped me get him in a cart and out when we left. They also went and grab some of the things that were at the back end of the store that I was to tired/lazy to grab.

Lots of great items for kids' parties as well as lots of everyday needs. The store is quick to change over products for each holiday like Halloween, Christmas, New Year's and the like. If you need something for hobbies or crafts or school projects, there are lots of things to find here, and of course, they are inexpensive. Some of the items are of low quality, but what would you expect for such a low price?

We hav a few Dollaramas in kingston. I live closest to the one on lower princess stress, has amazing deals and great staff but it doesn't always have that great of selections and opinions. If you want a larger selection there is always the 1 one out Division St just b4 401 in the Kingslake Plaza. Or the one out in the catarqui mall off Gardiners road. They are both very large stores and usually ALWAYS have a super selection. If your a penny pincher, bargin hunter, or just inlove with Dollar Stores in general then these places will make you ecstatic

Very clean, the staff have always been pleasant. My complaint, which is a problem in all their stores I have been in is the staff stocking shelves during the day. The aisles are narrow enough, adding a ladder, boxes, & a person working is a pain in the behind. I don't understand why this isn't done during the overnights .

I do a lot of shopping at Dollarama. I can find almost everything here. All of my cleaning supplies, kitchen cleansers, and pet supplies. Gizmo my cat, loves Tuna, and here it costs $1.00 a tin Human tuna! Yes shes spoiled but thats what she eats, I love that they have coconut water, aloe Vera water, and juices all for a dollar. The staff is always friendly and always has a smile ready for you!

First of the picture of this is not The Dollarama..its the Dollar Tree. Anyway this location is convenient when downtown but od prefer any of the other ones. Mainly that it's always packed with people and they have their isle filled with boxes, it just feels really crammed and cluttered.

The manager Jo gives horrible service. He is rude. Long lines and when they call another cashier instead of taking customers on the same side as other cashier they will open on opposite side so people who have not waited long get served first.

I love this Dollarama and its staff. I go there every other day for crafting supplies and such. Also to just see whats new. The staff are always friendly never grumpy I swear. And the store is always clean. If they would only do. This morning 9:35am was in line, person had a near full cart. Asked if another Checker was available.. the answer is "I have no idea, no one has told me" (the response came a bit rude manner). She made the call for one.. a guy came up and was like I have no idea either.. he did get on.. Your store here in Kenora needs to be better prepared BEFORE YOU OPEN!

Sterling Mall Dollarama has really improved from its generally boring, dull and out of style look/scene from it's past years to become more appealing! From the checkout to the isles there's more organization, selection and it looks much cleaner fresher and improved in many other ways, both small and large. Found everything I needed for back to school and then some, great selection as I said. Two thumbs up!
