Tommy came today for an inspection of my apartment unit for the Pharaoh ants. He was very nice and professional and following all the safety measures in place for Covid19. He was wearing gloves and masks and would changes the gloves when needed. He also took the time to show me where he put the baits and explained to me about what I need to do to eliminate the budding of these ants and to make sure that every surface in the washroom and kitchen are dry and clean and no food traces are left. Also I requested him to inspect my mattress to make sure there are no traces of bed bugs as I just moved in to this new apartment 3 days ago and wanted to have some sort of reassurance since the previous tenants did not do a good job at maintenence and he gladly accepted to check the mattress and again gave me some tips to make sure we won't have any issues in future. I am more relieved now given the work was done by such a professional and I am optimistic about having a bug/ ants free home environment.

Nous avons passé la journée a l'extérieur, fait gardé nos animaux, tout passé a la sécheuse, etc. alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire. Nous voulons savoir comment régler ce problème qui resurgit depuis des années et nous n' obtenons aucune aide de la part de cette entreprise. Peut être que ça rapporte beaucoup pour ce type d'entreprise de devoir revenir chaque année quand le problème revient. I guess they are good with mice, but as of bed bugs, we didn't have any problem for a couple of weeks but then we found out we still had them. The last treatment was done when I was out of town and when I came back, I found out they did not vacuum the floor, they did not clean the bed frame, nothing was clean and only a a product was applied?? Il n'a pas hésité a vérifier dans chaque pièce de la maison le moindre recoins pour m'aider a savoir d'où serait leur provenance. Il a ete très consciencieux et perspicace. Il m'a memê retiré un nid de guêpes qui me restait et bien entendu m'a retiré le rat. I can't speak for the other services this company provides, but I absolutely CANNOT recommend this company for bed bugs by any means. My landlord ordered them back in July to exterminate bed bugs in my apartment, and clearly was trying to cut corners. 3 treatments later, we're now into late October and I am STILL waking up with bed bug bites every day and blood stains all over my clothes. I've lost so much money washing/drying all my clothes thousands of times, and my apartment is disgusting because they tell you not to vacuum anything for 3 weeks between treatments. First off, they only use DE - and it's widely known that bed bugs are resistant to this now. There are so many other sprays to treat them with that are actually effective. They also never found the bugs once in my apartment, after investigating three different times. Not to mention, they waited nearly a MONTH AND A HALF to come for the second treatment. It's supposed to be eradicated within 6 weeks and an actual professional would come within 2 week intervals without needing to be asked! After the second time, the person who came asked me to give him a five star rating. Yikes. Then after the third treatment, the new person who came told me since I didn't see the bugs myself, my bites were "probably allergies from the treatment". RIGHT. Blood stains all over my clothes, RIGHT above the spots on my body where bug bites are. Yes, that's DEFINITELY allergies. Thank you, professional. Last but not least, they don't even investigate the other apartments to make sure the problem hasn't spread. It just blows my mind. If you get bed bugs in your home, avoid this service like the plague - I promise it's not worth the anxiety and depression months later down the road when they don't deliver. And if you live in an apartment, plead with your landlord to do the right thing and go with a company that actually knows what they're doing, even if the cost will be higher.

We're currently in the process of getting our apartment treated for bed bugs by this company. The phone call was well handled, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, as well as having all my questions answered. When Christian came by to do an inspection he really put all my concerns at ease. Answered all my questions, was respectful and gave very good advice. Edit: It's been over 6 weeks now, the treatments are done. While there are still some remaining bedbugs, I am now able to sleep again. Which is great. I called them up though to see why there are some left and they will be passing again soon to inspect free of charge. Last edit: I forgot to update, we're now happily pest free. I definitely would recommend ABC Pest Control and Extermination.

Awesome staff! René or Renay (sorry for the misspelling), was amazing! According to my building, ABC was suppose to pass at 10, therefore, I was going to start preparing my apartment at 9. However, René was at my door to start the treatment at 9. He was very understanding and actually offered a different treatment for my apartment, which didn't require me to move my stuff and get out with my animals. It took him about 15 minutes and he was very sweet! If you can, definitely ask for him when you need an exterminator from ABC, you will laugh a lot! Great service and energy!^^

I call this company 3 times for mice’s , they came and left traps I was unable to be there when they came ,I asked the. To find out where the mice are coming in from , they wrote in the report where but did not take any pictures of where exactly so the issue was not resolved I called back again to book another appointment and asked for the same technician that knows the exact location, they told me I would have to wait one week to get that same technician I agreed and a week later they sent a different technician, he had no idea of and issues and was in a rush to leave. !! The exterminator that was first scheduled to treat our house never ended up showing up, and this was extremely frustrating because we had taken out all our dishes out from the cupboards and prepped our house for the treatment. Our appointment ended up being rescheduled for a week later. This wasn’t our first time that our building got exterminator treatments done, so we know what to expect in terms of service. And mind you we went into this week frustrated with the company, because of their lack of organisation. But I must say, René showed up a week later and was extremely professional, showed up on time, and was super understanding and empathetic to our situation about his colleague not showing up the week prior. He made sure to check what went wrong last time and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. He showed his enthusiasm for us making his job easier for him, and was very thankful for how we prepared the house for him. He gave us details on the procedures for post-treatment and was super clear in his explanations. I’m sure not ever exterminator is like him, but René is a class act and you’d be lucky to have him do treatments on your house.

It's been a few months since Aeden treated our apartment for a small bedbug problem. After finding one in my sleep, and confirming that it was one.. ABC was able to have them come within 48 hours! Aeden was professional, kind, thorough and the most reassuring person I could imagine to help us through such a difficult time. It had been a terrible morning and by the time I spotted Alex M from my balcony, I was shouting various questions to him about pesticides and our ten month old baby as he walked to collect his equipment. Nonetheless, he was extremely calm and patient in responding. We had issues with mice, lots of mice! We called Extermination ABC Gestion Parasitaire and band as many neighbours together as we could to tackle the problem. The Technician arrived early and got work setting up dog friendly traps in the house, which was very important to me. As he looked around for entry points he asked questions to better access pur problem. Putting poison in areas not accessible to my pets and setting box traps down in all the key areas. He took his time and didn't seemed rushed even though it was a Saturday. I really appreciated the time he spent with us both inside and outside of the house answering my many questions. Companies are only as good as it field technicians and ABC Extermination have certainly proved them selves to us. I would fully recommend them to take care of any parasitic problems you may have.
