We have an ant problem that started last summer. Booked this company and had to pay a large amount up front. In retrospect, I should have done more homework so that’s on me. Pros - Answer phones quickly - Staff are polite, bilingual Cons - Several weeks delay for a visit - Expensive for the brief time they spend (30 mins per visit max) - Did not look for ants nest, simply deployed ant traps with poison around the house (which didn’t work since this is year 2 with the problem persists.) - Missed a visit in year 1 so they take your payment but it’s up to you to ensure they come for subsequent visits (which is not what I was told initially.) - Missed a visit in year 2 - gave a day and 3 hour window, didn’t show, didn’t call, I had to call to find out they were behind because of rain. Missed a morning of work. Rebooked because I chased them

J ai ete tres decu du fonctionnement apres votre visite j ai appelle a 2 endroits et ils offrait pour le meme prix une garantie de 6 mois et des visites a toute les 3 semaine et l autre au meme prix et visite aux mois durant 6 mois. Alors je trouve le cout de 400 chez vous pour aucune garantie et aucun suivi tres decevant comme service et tres cher . Malheureusement je ne pourrai pas vous recommander et j ecrirai un avis sur votre site internet . Merci

A fait le tour de la maison et n'a même pas fait mes balcons. Sur le terrassement autour de la piscine c'est bien sûr là que j'ai mon problème d'araignées. Il vaporisait en gros zig zag et j'ai trouvé qu'il n'a pas utiliser assez de produit pour le prix que j'ai payé.
