If anyone else reads those "complaint reviews" about not returning calls, I don't think they're being fair. This guy Dave runs this outfit, answers phones, does the spraying, ordering, scheduling. Give people a break!

Dave came over as we had a termite problem. He examined the area, told us they were not the Subterranean ones that needed extensive treatment and the told us what to do and it was no charge. Honest and professional. Learning lots about Comox Valley termites and how to hire local. Watch out for mud tubes.

Moved into an apartment in the summer where the previous tenant had a cat - so I had fleas, flea eggs and dead fleas everywhere. Gross af. So these strong men rampaged my apartment with the pest control equipment and I never had another flea bite again! (Or flea) I wasn't even home when they came, and my place was in perfect bug-less, neat condition when I got back. Overall 5/5 cuz the bugs weren't just gone, but the team was clean, trustworthy and quick. Hard to find. Go with these hunks.

First time users of VI Pest control we called for a carpenter & fire ant infestation. They dealt with our ant issue and also showed us how one of our 100 foot fir trees was invested with carpenter ants as well. They treated the tree at no extra cost and we really appreciated being made aware of this issue.
