We honestly called Old Island Pest Control first due to their radio ad that our kids constantly sing "bad bugs bad bugs" (kudos, the ad worked!) They were very responsive, booked us in right away, and put our mind at ease until our appointment. Dakota was super punctual, friendly, informative, and reassuring. Any sort of pests are extremely stressful for me, he was the exact kind of technician I could have hoped for. Will absolutely use Old Island again (but fingers crossed I won't have to) thank you!
