Richard visited my Grama’s house, she lives in Comox. She has a pretty bad carpenter ant problem. Richard came and sprayed multiple times and was very thorough. He even offerd to come check her house when she was gone out of town to make sure the ant problem was gone. His prices are very reasonable and he sprays for the year! I highly recommend his services, he is very knowledgeable about all types of pest problems!

This guy's real name is George Gronych. He uses an alias and goes by "Richard" for some reason. You have have to wonder why or what he is hiding. He is quite a shady character. Beware.

Zero stars. He came to assess a wasp situation for me and then made plans to address it the following morning. He never showed up. When I called to check in, he said he “decided not to do it” and hung up on me. I called back in case we got cut off by mistake, he hung up again. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and not how a business owner should treat customers.

Richard was awesome. He was at our house in 15 minutes to remove a wasps nest. It literally took him 15 minutes and the job was done. Courteous friendly and professional recommend them to anyone.

This guy is obviously really busy... Said as much. He was very rude when I asked some basic questions in relation to my pest problem. I get your busy, but no need to be condescending and disrespectful in your attempt to communicate... Bad business.
