(Translated) Poor customer service, out of 5 calls there were 3 that exceeded 2 hours online, the shortest was 55 minutes, someone answered me but hung up after 55 minutes. I ordered a Samsung built-in oven and a refrigerator. I called 3 weeks before moving to anticipate delivery and he said they would call me back regarding the delivery. Still no news, it's been 2 months since they were ordered. 3 days before moving I decided to call to find out what it was and they told me they could not have it anymore in stock that for now the oven is unavailable, that I had to go to the branch for reimbursement. Returned to the store, they could not make the debit refund when I had paid with this card, so they put it on a credit card and then the refund takes about 12 days. I hurried to look elsewhere to buy this oven and I found at Canadian Appliance Source (exactly the same oven I had bought at home Depot), they delivered the oven in less than 1 week. Given the expected delivery date, I had no call regarding the delivery times (they are supposed to call the day before delivery to give the next day delivery hours) so I called the service to customers and I am told that finally delivery cannot be made, that it will be delayed by at least 3 days due to a breakage related to the delivery truck. So it's already been a week and a half that we haven't had an oven or a fridge, we have a 4 month old baby and since the 2 months that the order was made and paid, there have only been mishaps and especially the customer service is the worst i have experienced at this point. My dishwasher that I ordered from Corbeil arrived 1 week after the order, then my oven that I ordered last minute due to their fault arrived 4 days after the order and the refrigerator has still not arrived . Corbeil and Canadian Appliance Source called before the delivery the same day, they texted me the approximate time they would be delivered and I received a call and a text the day before the delivery, while home Depot they do not give any news, you have to wait on the phone online for 2 hours and if I had not called, they would not have called me to tell me that the oven was unavailable! (Original) Un service à la clientèle médiocre, sur 5 appels il y en a 3 qui ont dépassé le 2 heures en ligne, le moins long était de 55 minutes, quelqu'un m'a répondu mais il a raccroché après 55 minutes. J'avais commandé un four encastré Samsung ainsieainsi qu'un réfrigérateur. J'ai appelé 3 semaines avant de déménager pour devancer la livraison et il m'a dit qu'ils allaient me rappeler concernant la livraison. Toujours pas de nouvelles, ça faisait 2 mois qu'ils étaient commandés.3 jours avant de déménager j'ai décidé d'appeler pour savoir ce qu'il en était et ils m'ont annoncé qu'ils ne pouvaient plus l'avoir en stock que pour l'instant le four est indisponible, que je devais me présenter à la succursale pour le remboursement. Rendu en magasin, ils n'ont pas pu faire le remboursement sur débit alors que j'avais payé avec cette carte, alors ils l'ont mis sur une carte de crédit et puis le remboursement prends environ 12 jours. Je me suis dépêchée à regarder ailleurs pour acheter ce four et j'ai trouvé chez Canadian Appliance Source (exactement le même four que j'avais acheté chez home Depot), ils ont livré le four en moins de 1 semaine. Rendu la date prévue de livraison, je n'ai eu aucun appel concernant la plage horaire des heures de la livraison ( ils sont supposés appeler la journée avant la livraison pour donner les heures de la livraison du lendemain ) alors j'ai appelé au service à la clientèle et on m'annonce que finalement la livraison ne pourra pas être effectuée, qu'elle sera retardé de 3 jours minimum à cause d'un bris lié au camion de livraison. Donc ça fait déjà 1 semaine et demi qu'on a pas de four ni de réfrigérateur, nous avons un bébé de 4 mois et depuis les 2 mois que la commande à été fait et payé, il n'y a eu que des mésaventures et surtout le service à la clientèle est la pire que j'ai connue à cet instant précis. Mon lave-vaisselle que j'ai commandé chez Corbeil est arrivé 1 semaine après la commande, ensuite mon four que j'ai commandé de dernière minutes dû à leur faute est arrivé 4 jours après la commande et le réfrigérateur n'est toujours pas arrivé. Corbeil et Canadian Appliance Source ont appelés avant la livraison la journée même, ils m'ont texté l'heure approximative à laquelle ils seraient livrés et j'ai reçu un appel ainsi qu'un texto la veille de la livraison, tandis que home Depot ils ne donnent aucune nouvelles, il faut attendre au téléphone en ligne pendant 2 heures et si je n'aurais pas appelé, ils ne m'auraient pas appelés pour me dire que le four était indisponible!
