I had 4 raccoons on my property and they just took over my yard and pool deck. This service came and did a setup. Calling in to report that there was a raccoon in a trap, they never let the animal sit all day in once captured, as soon as you make the call to report that one was captured within an hour or two, a staff would come and retrieve it. I always receive a call to let me know when a staff would be arriving at my home. Excellent service all the way around from the first time that I called until now.I would 100% recommend contacting this company if you have any need for their service.

We thought we had an opossum on our flat residential/commercial building and we called Pesticon Pest Control Cambridge. A technician responded immediately and made an appointment. Initially he didn't see anything but the resident told him she heard a noise. He knew the noise was from a raccoon. He placed a camera on the roof and came back the next day. We had a large raccoon on our roof coming from vines from the neighbor's walls. This isn't like a house with an attic. We have a 7 or 8 inch opening between the roof and the ceiling. Somehow the raccoon got in between there. The technician drilled a small hole and sprayed nontoxic natural product. The next day the raccoon was gone. Very professional service, and he knows a lot about raccoons.

The technicians did an immaculate job closing off holes for mice. They were professional, meticulous, considerate, and got the job done. Afterwards, I ordered some humane traps, and am letting the little critter that was stuck in the apartment, out into the park with a little box for him to use as a home while he acclimates to his new one. A great experience over all considering it sucks to have mice in a small apartment. I would recommend these guys 110%. (and as an aside, you don't need glue traps!)

I find raccoons creepy, so it caused a scare for me when I saw one parading my roof. I promptly picked up my phone and contacted this company for their emergency service. A young technician arrived, and he inspected my roof and found the damaged soffit the raccoon was using to get in. He was able to exclude the animal, after which he repaired the soffit and reinforced other vulnerable spots around the roof area. Their service was priced reasonably, and it was an overall great experience.

Promptly responded to questions. Gave a reasonable quote over the phone and came out next day. When the tech arrived, he texted to ask if it was okay to start the fogger outside as he did and when done he sent another text. I never had to interact with the tech other than via phone. Good experience.

I've had Pesticon Pest Control Cambridge for about a year now. All the techs I've had have been great, but my tech today was amazing! Iftikhar was prompt and showed up within my scheduled window. I called specifically about a huge spider I saw in my garage this morning. Iftikhar not only found the spider and killed it, he also thoroughly sprayed the perimeter of my home and every room inside. He even cleared spider webs on the outside of my house and 2 wasp nests that I didn't even know was there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I plan to request Iftikhar anytime I call. I don't know if I can even do that but I'm going to try lol. He was that great! Thank you Iftikhar!!!

They come out monthly and their billing is done efficiently and in a timely manner.... one bill for our home and others for the buildings. I had some very scary looking orange wasps living in a hollow fence. I called around and other pest control companies would only spray through the cracks in the fence but not take the boards off. A tech at Pesticon Pest Control Cambridge was willing to take the boards off and remove the nests completely. I will definitely call him again for my next pest control need. I was at my wits end and finally emailed a couple of companies regarding our rodent issue. One came in the morning and managed to wow my husband. Jason came in the afternoon and managed to WOW me because he happened to mention other things that the earlier rep did not mention --not only mice were present but also rat(s) and offered additional service to repair the damaged vents around our home. I was most definitely impressed and when I mentioned to my husband that he personally did not have to deal with the repair-- he was SOLD! Contract signed 2 days later. We recently moved into a house and I just had a preventative termite treatment done by Pesticon Pest Control Canbridge and they were excellent. I called around to three pest control companies to get quotes and this company was by far the most prompt and courteous. They had to trench around the house to install the treatment and put everything back just as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

Wow! I wanted to make an appointment to deal with some gigantic flies that seem to be coming from within the house. I told a tech from this company about it and he explained what was happening. I won't go into detail. Ewww. He said it would just run it course shortly and all would be fine. How great is that? I’ve been having a problem with mice and rats for about months now! I myself have tried to get them out but still had zero luck but these guys is who y'all want to go to! They come in every other week, after the work is done, to come check up on the work to see the results ! The work they do is very very clean!! I really recommend these guys!
