Gets the job done ;) I have known phill for 5 years and since then I have had no problems with mice/ other criters. He continues to keep on top of my back yard problems. Awesome Service. I hired Kubassek Pest Control for a Wasp problem in 2015; and when the Wasps came back to another area of my home this year (2017) I didn't hesitate to call Phil again. He arrives as promptly as possible, and does a very Professional job. He has no problem standing behind his work, and doesn't quit until the problem is resolved.

Had bats in my house. They looked around. Told me that bats can get in anywhere gave me some obvious ideas on how to stop them from getting in. Super. $200 for 15 minutes. There are not many pest control options in the region. This is unfortunate. I think simply Google your issue rather than pay a company to try to solve it.

Called him less than one year after his initial visit to say the hornets are back in the same spot and coming in the house the same spot again...he said "it happens" and said it would be another $250 plus tax to come out. I think he only cares about getting a cheque.

I gave two stars only because they arrived promptly after I called. Ihave always tried to use someone local in Cambridge and have never been so disappointed. My backyard rat is still there after a month and they have never thought to follow up after $280 for installing a poison box which took 20 minutes at most.

We have had both rats and wasps in our yard this year and Phil came and took care of them. He was there in 20 minutes after I called about a wasp nest on the porch, and he took care of it quickly. The rats have taken longer to deal with, but he has come and replaced the poison twice so far. He has left a key to the boxes so I can check and let him know when they are out. Hopefully the last batch will do the job. Not quick to respond to emails so calling him is the best option.

I had got kubassek pest control to come and spray to get my Black Ant problem solved. He came did the spraying and had given me 10 months warranty. It was not long I still have the ant problem. But now he does not want to honor his warranty. He wants more money. He is a unprofessional lying crook. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Keep away from this company. They do not warrant any work.

We heard something in our attic and Phil came out to our home and charged us $250 + tax to stick his head up in the attic and tell us there are probably mice in there and put some rodent killer. He didn't crawl into the attic to investigate or look outside to see possible entry points. Can you say rip-off?

I could not have picked a worse place to deal with. After paying $200 to Kubassek to get rid of a skunk for us, we were left to bait the trap ourselves plus we had to release any other trapped critters without his help. Spend your money wisely and hire somebody else. Oh yeah, after ten months, we still have the skunk under our deck.

DO NOT CALL PHIL!!!!! He is beyond a ripoff, charged my wife 150 dollars for less than an hour of "work." He was there to find a bat in our basement, did not find it and made little effort to find it. Extremely unprofessional, for instance after she paid him he sat on our front steps and talked on his phone. He pointed out the entry point for the bat was most likely near the flashing around our chimney however he did not look in the attic because he could barely climb the stairs. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PHONE HIM!!!! He is beyond a waste of time and money because when i got home from work, guess what i found and killed, the bat!

I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. They should be called the garbage company, because that's what they hand you...a load of garbage. They are completely unprofessional, they did not finish the job at all and took my money and ran....this company is a SCAM!

They website says 24 hr emergency service, I called at 7 am on a Sunday, and the rude person on the other end didn't even want to talk to me. DON'T OFFER AN EMERGENCY SERVICE if you do not want to do the job.

I called Phil at 7 in the morning for a yellow jacket nest inside the walls of my house. Phil was here within the hour and took the time to make sure the nest was controlled. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! l wish i would have read the reviews prior to phoning this fraud! PHIL IS A SCAM!!! He accomplished nothing, his professionalism is everything but professional, his fee is ridiculous considering he does nothing to solve the problem and his ability to perform his job is extremely restricted from his weight, i.e. couldn't use a ladder and was winded climbing our stairs. please seek help from another service this company is beyond a scam/fraud!!! Phil if you read this you should be ashamed of yourself

Wow - got a phone call from my 75 year old mom who is deathly afraid of mice and critters. She explained that she had called Kubassek as it was the first that came up on google, as her lazy boy chair had the stuffing coming out of it and the huge droppings she knew were not from mice. Phil was the gentleman that came out and looked around put some "really potent pellets down, that will kill them and mice". Went upstairs and opened the attic with a broom (??? instead of a ladder) and threw some pellets up there. Thats good they should be dead within a few days. Okay fine my mom says and coughs up $283.00 - which he then immediately went to the bank and cashed. He must have alot of stop payments on his work to do that. My mom could not stay in the house with her dog due to the fact that she is deathly afraid - especially when she sits in that chair. So off she goes. I got the call Wednesday night to let me know and then again this morning because she knew something was wrong when the cheque had been cashed so quickly and then read the reviews. I said I would look after it. I phoned Kubassek Pest Control and spoke with Phil - explained that he did not even look for an entry point that he just threw some pellets around and that he needs to come back and find the entry point for this rat that has gotten in. He tells me that there is alot of problems with rats this year. All the more reason to find the entry point so there is NOT an infestation of theses dirty critters. So that we can close the entry point up. Wasn't very happy about coming back - hmm customer satisfaction is NOT his strong point. We arranged to meet back at my mom's house and after a half hour of me following him around with his flashlight we found a few spots that this rat could have sat. We then went outside and looked and behold on the far side of the house where the furnace exhaust pipe comes out he finds an entry point and put his hand in. Well that's probably where they are getting in. Gee only took 1/2 hour of intense inspection and he then said he had wire in his truck and would get that fixed. Said he probably should have looked better out back. Ya think???? After fixing that he again explained the process with the pellets. Okay I get that thanks. No Mr. Phil you will be coming back to make sure it worked right? Sure I can come back but will have to charge, I could probably give her a $50.00 break on the bill - are you kidding me where's the customer service here? He has to pay insurance/fees to be registered for his exterminators license - okay that's the cost of doing your business but if customers are not satisfied then you get no business!! I have my own business and there is a cost associated with customer satisfaction Mr Phil but that is how you keep yourself in business. Might want the relook at your mission statement. Because your customer services leaves so much to be desired. ANYONE STAY AWAY. Mr. Phil do not write your copy and paste reply that you have used for all your other complaints. I did phone you .....You might want to phone and say "I will be back NO CHARGE to make sure the pellets worked" Can you say that sir.

I am an elderly woman who had an issue with bats. A kind fellow at my local grocery store gave me Phil's card, not sure if he is a friend of his. Phil came and took advantage of me, he did not finish the job nor did he ever return and see if the problem was resolved . He charged me over 170 dollars, cash, for alittle more than an hours work. He was unfriendly and by know means professional. I sincerely feel that because I am an elderly widow that he seemed it appropriate to take advantage of me and do very little to resolve my problem. Please take my advice and do not inquire about his services.
