I hired Sheldon for a commercial property and he did an amazing job eradicating the issue. He laid many bait stations inside and outside the property and after a month the situation has improved drastically. He was not stingy with putting out bait and was also very friendly and professional. His pricing is fair and he takes his time during each site visit. A+++ service and would recommend him.

Sheldon was so helpful and compassionate with mine and my partners situation. We were living in an apartment building for three years, and unfortunately due to heavy rain, the ceiling in our hallway completely fell through and the wall shared between the hallway and our bathroom was severely water damaged. Shortly we began seeing cockroaches every day, multiple times a day. We got treated by our buildings pest control and it did NOTHING. It became such a mentally and emotionally draining experience, and we looked to Sheldon for advice. He personally met with me outside of my building, and we spoke privately. He asked me questions on when/where/how long we’ve been seeing roaches, what they looked like as well as what the buildings treatment looked like/smelled like and how many times they treated. He was incredibly helpful and I learned that our buildings pest control was outdated, and ultimately he was honest with us and advised us to move out IMMEDIATELY. He offered to treat our apartment while we looked for a new home, but said that the treatment will only buy us time (as the whole building was compromised, not just our unit). Thankfully, we found a new CLEAN place to live and we were out of there in a month. Sheldon has been so kind as to offer to treat our new place to give us some peace of mind. I fully recommend Sheldon, he’s been giving us tips and has been checking in on us every so often. We owe him a massive thank you!

This place is pretty expensive, and the owner justifies this by claiming that he personally guarantees his work and provides great customer service. This is not true at all. We hired him to take care of an ant problem that we had at our home. When we spoke to him on the phone, he quoted $500 for a complete indoor and outdoor solution. When he arrived a few days later, he also dropped 2 rodent traps in our backyard as we had some rodents attacking our plants. The total cost of his visit was $650+tax. We thought $150 for two rodent traps were quite pricey, and when we brought this up to him, he mentioned that his supplies are expensive, so he has to charge that much. He also said that he guarantees his work and will drop by in a few weeks to top up the bait at no extra charge. A few weeks later he texted to confirm whether he can stop by to check on the traps. We said he could. On the day of, he texted saying he will drop by the next day instead. We said OK again, but he never showed up the next day. A few weeks after that, we noticed some ant activity in our front yard. We texted him again to let him know, to see if he will come by to respray the foundation. We also asked if he had come dropped by to check on the rodent traps as he promised. He replied saying that we don’t need to worry about the ants as the treatment he applied earlier would suffice and that he did not need to come to respray the foundation. He also said that he came and visited a few days after we last texted to top up the bait in the rodent traps. It seemed strange to me that he never let us know he came. He never texted saying he is coming; he didn’t even leave a note on the front door. Furthermore, we have cameras on all 4 sides of our houses that notify us when people are detected, and neither of us recall seeing him come to top up the bait. So, the only conclusion we could come to was that he was flat out lying. We also sent him a photo of the area where the new ant activity was, and he didn’t reply. When we texted him again a few days later asking if he was coming to respray the area, he said he would “stop by Monday afternoon”. That was 3 weeks ago, he never stopped by. If you’re looking for a place on the budget, this is not the place to go to. If you’re looking for a place where the price is more but the service is excellent, this is also not the place to go to. *Edit* (after owner's response below): if he came back after 4 days, he certainly didn't inform us that he did. That seems really strange given that we were asked him a few times to come. Why would he not text us that he came, or just leave a note on the door? When we first told him about the spot we noticed significant ant activity, it wasn't a single bug as he makes it out below. Yes we asked if he could spray the area, and maybe that's not something he can do, but he could have just said he would come check things out with far less resistance. It was almost like we had to beg him to follow through with his promise of taking care of his customers. And to be honest, I won't be surprised if he's lying about returning, because who wouldn't let their customer know such a thing. Given the kind of money we paid for his service and how he mentioned he cares about his customer, we thought he would be OK to come visit to check it out to give us some peace of mind, but he clearly doesn't care. The purpose of this review is not to say that the owner doesn't do his job. It's just that he is expensive and that the cost is not offset by superior care or customer service.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. From start to finish Sheldon was fantastic. Sheldon came to our house and explained in detail how everything works and where/what he would be spraying. Even weeks after the job was complete, I still received texts messages asking how everything was in the yard and if we noticed and bugs, and of course my answer was always no, no creepy crawlers at all lol. Thanks Sheldon, we will definitely do this again next year

A new business with a fresh approach. When it comes to customer service this guy "gets it". The quoted price was the price, no up sell, no cross sell or no "add on surprises" at the end of the job. He took the time to listen to me and then evaluated what I needed to do to solve my pest problems, presented me with my options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Non-intrusive in every aspect of the job. My neighbors had no idea who was doing what kind of work in my home. Totally confidential and discreet in the presentation which was a huge concern for me. I was unaware of his presence most of the time while he worked in my home. With small children and pets involved it was also very important to understand the impact of the service on their health. The job was done in the time frame he committed to and for the price he committed to... and the problem has not returned. Pest problems can be a very difficult thing to deal with and with an infestation of cockroaches and rats I was horrified. Home-Tite took the horror out of it for me and gave me back my piece of mind and my home. After he left there was no evidence that I had ever had a problem. The service was very professional and the price met my expectations. I wish I had called earlier. Give this company a try, you won’t regret it. Thank you Home-Tite!

Owner is well educated in pest control. Very customer oriented goes beyhond what you would expect from a pest control company. Came and did inspection and told us what had too be done with no hidden extra cost . He texted us too see if we had any little bugs crawling around. We did two treaments in our rental home and problem was completed. This is the third time we have used this company and will keep on using Home-Tite for all our pest problems in all our rental properties . I recently noticed mice in my house. I went shopping and bought all the stuff I could find to rid the problem. It didn’t seem to be working. I searched the internet and realized I had a serious problem. As I scrolled through article after frightening article I started googling pest control experts. Home-Tite Pest Control stood out. I liked the fact they come to the house in a regular vehicle dressed in street wear. The thought of some guy pulling up in the driveway with a big rat painted on a minivan and a hazmat suit was unsettling. It was really late but I filled out the info form and a brief message. I was actually shocked to get a call first thing in the morning and someone at my home same day! Seldom showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to educate me on what he was doing to rid the mice. He found places I wouldn’t have even thought to look that showed signs of mice. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling back in the spring to deal with the wasps.

I got Saw tooth grain beetles in my pantry. He came right away and treated the area immediately. I am afraid of bugs and wanted my whole main floor done and he came back for that.
