I had some wasps in between the bricks at the side of my house. I called Marcel and he was very helpful , was able to treat my home quickly and price was reasonable. He was cheaper and could get there sooner than anyone else in the area. I haven't seen any wasps in the last few days. Thanks Marcel !

Got rid of the rats the first time but doesn't remember putting bait traps here now a year later when they have returned. He says he was here but I can't find the traps he placed and we DON'T HAVE A GARAGE....hmmmm....

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. Had appointment schedule a week ago. Today some one was supposed to come at 4pm. Messaged them at 4:30 when they still haven't showed up. He responded he would be here in 15 minutes. It is now 6pm and still no one.

Unresponsible and unethical, their act neither helped in reducing the pest nor they kept the word of the doing a free 2nd service, if we could find the pest again within a month. Will never recommend their service to anyone.

This company does a great job. They are very knowledgeable, and worth the price they charge. They were able to get rid of a severe infestation of carpenter ants for us that we inherited with our first home purchase. We get the outdoors sprayed each year to keep them at bay, and no problems since working with Marcel! These guys are friendly to boot. I should mention that although these guys are excellent, scheduling and punctuality can often be an issue, and many times over these past few years I do not find out until after they have not arrived that they are not coming, even if there are times confirmed via text. This is the only reason why they get 4 stars. Regardless, I ask this business back yearly, and it is nice to support a small business.

After hearing nothing, texted at 4PM advising I would look elsewhere. I'd love to have taken advantage of these great prices, but when the person won't even show, I had to goto a proper professional.

Although the team was responsive, they completely misdiagnosed our pest problems (they thought it was mice, it was bats). I called to inform them we had a bat and they suggested steps on how I could kill the bat.
