I contacted Pestica around 9 a.m. regarding a wasp issue and was briefly given an appointment time around 7:00-8:00 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., I was greeted by Zam and got a thorough talking to about what issues were present and what could be done about them. Zam was very honest and upfront, while answering any questions I had with complete honesty. Zam proceeded to explain that the area that I originally thought where the wasp hive was shouldn't be an issue. And proceeded to give me options to block it up if I felt like it was necessary. Zam also informed me about the ant issue that was present. I felt no pressure to commit to any services, and left the conversation knowing what needed to be done before I contact Zam/Pestica again. I am overall very pleased with the inspection and feel more informed about what is going on with the insects around my property. This connection made today through just the inspection alone has me confident that I will be contacting them very shortly once I get the area prepared to deal with the insect problem.
