Called today regarding an issue about house flies. The cause of the problem could be something dead in my Chimney, and the lady over the phone advised me that they might not be able to fix the problem with a simple spray to kill the flies. Instead they advised me to get it cleaned out first and it may solve the issue. I will take her advice and if there is still a house fly problem, then I will definitely give them a call back for an appointment. Other companies I called didn't really give me an idea of what the problem could be and just wanted to setup an appointment. I am glad I reached out to this company first!

Michael and Ryan took care of our silverfish. Only service provider we found that would come in at no extra charge if the silverfish came back. turns out they did come back (slightly) and after one phone call, they came back and took care of it right away. The X-Terminators have been our pest control company for almost a decade and have always been impressed by their customer service. When we bought our home it was infested with carpenter ants and we have been spraying annually ever since. The neighborhood is crawling with them but they stay away from our property thanks to The X-Terminators. Kevin does an awesome job and we highly recommend requesting him!

Instead of charging us for a visual inspection, they saved us both time and money by allowing us to send them photos of the pests we found and told us how we could manage the pests ourselves. They provided incredible service and if we need to use a pest control company in the future, this is definitely the one we would call.

One time shot. They did it. We had wasps building a nest in our attic. They were coming in through the soffits. We could hear them "chewing" on the ceiling in our dining room. X-Terminators came in and almost immediately, the "chewing" stopped and the wasps' ins and outs stopped. Yeah!! Great job Kevin. Thank you, so much.

Best around. Have come out a couple of times to deal with bugs or wasps around the property. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had a rodent problem earlier this year. When these guys came out, they were knowledgeable, offered advice on preventing the rodents from getting into the house and had great techniques for eliminating the infestation. They came when they said they would and did a thorough walk through of the house each time they came. We are very happy with the value they gave us for our money. We would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! We had an issue with some mice in the house. Our technician, Kevin, was very competent! He was thorough during the initial inspection, diagnosed the extent of the issue accurately and was very efficient during follow up visits. Our mouse issue was quickly and effectively resolved. Great service all around at reasonable rates by kind and personable people.

We moved into a house that had a silverfish problem. After weeks of trying to deal with it myself and one failed attempt with a different extermination company I called the X-Terminators and am so glad I did. They were honest, professional and understanding. After our three month warranty expired they even came back free of charge when I saw one or two silverfish crop up again and called them in a panic.

I have used X-Terminators several times over the years to deal with the pavement ants who love to tunnel beneath our paving stone driveway and patio, bringing up multiple sand piles. The company is great - their dispatcher is friendly, their products do the job, and they send the same technician whenever possible. Kevin, who has looked after us, is prompt, friendly and very patient when inspecting the areas that need treatment. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

Quick and efficient resolution to an ant problem in and out side of the house. Also had some squirrels trying to get into attic of house, taken care of without killing the squirrels by installing one way screens and covering vents with fine steel mesh. Problems solved never to re occur
