The BEST service in Vancouver. I tried the 2 name brand exterminators and wish I found knockout first. Very knowledgeable and got straight to removing the pests. Friends recommended knockout and I can do the same.

Highly recommended. Contacted Ryan to take care of a silverfish problem in my townhouse. He responded in a reasonable time to my email inquiry and phone calls which was greatly appreciated. Very professional when he came to my home. Even took the time to point out some simple maintenance issues that would help prevent future problems like trimming a tree back that squirrels could use to access my roof and a small gap in my garage door seal that mice could use to access my garage. You can tell he is truly invested in his profession and not just making a sale. Great local owner run business.

Started having a mouse problem in the crawl space. Called Ryan Thursday and he was here Friday morning.Very friendly and professional. Did a full inspection outside and inside to determine where the entry points were. He identified the 2 spots where they were getting in. He sealed up the entry points and put traps out to catch anything that was still around. Also provided extra traps in case I need them. Very reasonable rates. If we still have problems after these steps, he said he would be back to determine next steps.

Every summer I always see ants all over my counter and floor. I tried everything but they wouldn't go away. Jason from knock out pest control showed up a couple hours after I called. He knew exactly where the ants were coming from and it took him less than an hour to get rid of all the ants. The whole process was quick and painless. If I knew I could get rid of ants that fast I would've called them long time ago.

Ryan with Knockout Pest Control was top shelf and I highly recommend him and his outfit. He dealt with the rats in my attic a few months ago - no sign of any rat activity since - and, when the weather heated up and the carpenter ants were out and about, yesterday Ryan treated the the wall plagued by ant activity and the perimeter of the home. While time will tell if the treatment works, he was always polite, courteous, hard working, and timely with his arrival and his correspondence. I have dealt with my fair share of dodgy tradespeople in recent memory and I'm pleased to say that Ryan sets himself apart with his high standards and efficiency. It was much appreciated.

Christ and AJ were immediately spectacular right out the get go! The dynamic duo were amazing, on time, professional, thorough, informative, top notch customer service, efficient and their pricing was better than most. They were in and out in 15-20mins. Wasp nest in my front entrance soffits was annihilated and they never returned. Chris and AJ proactively advised me areas of concern around my house. I wish there’s a 10 stars review here, that’s what we would give to Ryan. Found Ryan on google search, we had Orkins came inspect the house because something is crawling in the wall, but Orkins couldn’t find anything, and they suggested us to get a handy man to cut the wall open to see what’s inside the wall... so we thought why not give Ryan a call before we really cut the wall open. Ryan patiently listen to me about what we have experienced and he quickly find a time to came the same day!! Very honest, very polite, and friendly, he checked outside the house before he knocked on our door with a big smile on, telling us what issues might be before he start to check more spots around / inside the house. He wouldn’t tell you to spend money on services that wouldn’t work, and there’s always more than 1 option for us to choose to solve our problem. Anyways, he solved our “ something crawling in the wall “ issue, such a life saver!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH RYAN~~~~~ people, call Ryan first before you call Orkins, he is 99999999 times better than Orkins, don’t waste your money on Orkins.

I would highly recommend Knockout pest control. We had recently moved into our first home, with our new born baby girl and quickly discovered that we were not alone. We had a problem with mice. Obviously with a new born learning to crawl and picking up anything in sight we needed to get the mice out and fast! That's when we called Ryan at Knockout. He is local to Burnaby and came out the same day we called. More importantly, he got rid of the mice and in a very professional manner. He also gave us a few tips on how to stop them coming back. We found Ryan through google and gotta say, he's been very good so far. He's very knowledgeable and is very conscious about our young family's health as well. We hired Ryan to our house as well as my parents (firebrat issue for ours and silverfish issue for my parents). We've noticed a decrease in the amount of bugs and Ryan's educated on what we need to do next. Ryan was also kind enough to come for a second spray of my parent's place at no additional cost. We highly recommend Ryan!

We had a couple problems. Problem 1 - Rodents in the garage and the real insult was they were nesting on top of and beside the battery in my wife's car (which doesn't get used that often). Needless to say we were frustrated trying to get rid of them. Problem 2 - Ladybug infestation this spring. They seemed to materialize through the walls and windows. We've had them in the past but this year was insane. We kept a portable vacuum by the breakfast area since that was the worst spot. This was worse than the rodents since it was in the house and they leave a horrible smell and sticky bits wherever they are. Both problems fixed quickly and courteously.
