It has been awhile since I have written a review but I definitely felt the need to write one after Go Green arrived at my house yesterday. Randy came by when he said he would and spent a considerable amount of time helping me trouble shoot some rodent issues we are experiencing. Not only did he specifically address all of my concerns but offered up professional advice on how I could deal with these issues moving forward. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and professional...I wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer his company.

I called Go Green as I had been previously let down by another company and needed to have an urgent pest control issues sorted. When I phoned what was going to happen was clearly explained to me and what I needed to do in order to prepare for the treatment. When they came to my house the guy was really thorough- I showed him where we were hearing noises. He had a good looks – he explained what was going to happen and what could be potentially causing the issue. Issue was sorted, after they left I knew exactly what had been done and what was causing the issue. I have booked another appointment for the follow up checks. I would highly recommend. There is no other way to go about it rather than just having go green pest control being your preferred service providers for any pest control needs. We moved into a new home and 6 days later found mouse dropping in a corner of the unfinished basement which almost left us horrified that we have made a wrong decision to get this house. I did some research to get pest control done for the mice and ended up calling a few people including these guys. From the second I spoke to Randy I was kind of at ease that I have come to the right place. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions not like a sales person so I buy their service, but more like a helpful resource. I was scheduled for a date and received a proper text notification and follow up call before the appointment. Randy showed up right on time and he was great and he took all the efforts in clearing up my queries and did a detailed inspection of the home to find the entry point for mice. He explained how there was nothing wrong with the house or the cleanliness it just a 2 second window it takes while the garage is open and you open the door to garage and a mice can get in once in the make their kingdom by making hwy in the insulation through the drains and wire right to the attic. He placed bait station on strategical points and sealed a big hole near the AC gas pipes going to the basement that was probably the gateway for mice to come in. He gave me detailed analysis of how to find the signs and monitor the activity. With six months guarantee and periodic follow ups our mind is finally at peace that we will not have an army of mice flourishing in the walls and attic and destroy our home. Thanks Go Green pest Control. I surely will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

There was a slight miscommunication with when they would arrive but simply because it was the long weekend and I realize they were also very busy with similar problems within our neighbourhood. Not only did they handle our squirrels but also a wasp nest that had started. I would recommend this pest control again! Thank you!

Wow, this guy is on fire!! I called Go Green Pest Control @ 9 am saturday morning about pavement ants. He was at my north delta house withinn an hour. Informed me of all the options that I could do from bio-degradable ground up clam shell to an instant cure. he was here and gone just like the ants. Thx Buddy

The Go Green guys were awesome. They knew exactly what they were doing, talked me through how they were going to go about removing our not-so-little upstairs neighbor (a particularly destructive raccoon who decided to call our attic home), and even offered to help patch the hole she made when breaking in. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I purchased my condo, I used this company to do my rodent inspection, and they did a fantastic job. I didn’t even have to be there to meet the person. They were able to do the inspection while I was at work, which I really appreciated. The price for the inspection was extremely low, which is also a plus. I would call this company first for any bug issues. I strongly recommend that you do the same. Please keep up the great work. They are highly recommended on the Ladner Landing and Tsawwassen Loop and facebook.

Their customer service is respectful and responsive, they use environmentally-friendly control methods, and they don’t try to upsell us on treatments we don’t need. (They will even recommend products that they do not sell, such as Terro traps.) Randy does our quarterly service and does a great job. Highly recommend these people

Go Green Pest Control is awesome. We started using them to treat our home more than 3 years ago and we have always been completely satisfied. I love that they are willing to come do an extra treatment if we have an increase inactivity between regular treatments (which has only happened once), and I also appreciate that it hasn't been necessary to have them treat the interior of my house since the initial treatment. The technicians are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that I don't have to be home when they come, but if I am then they make sure to ask how it's going and will customize their treatment if we have any specific concerns (like an ant hill on the driveway). The initial meeting when smooth and was pretty simple to get a quote right on the spot. The price was very reasonably and work was scheduled for the following Monday. The guys showed up as promised and work was done pretty fast. Actually the work could have been completed faster if more there was two guys was onsite. Overall I was pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend Go green for your next extermination job.

Today (6/1/18) I met with an exterminator from a well known big american company at my house because unfortunately I'm dealing with a minor bed bug problem. He was very vague with explanations and really didn't check the areas I mentioned. Wasn't impressed at all. Then Randy from Go Green showed up little after the other guy left and it was like night and day. Randy is very knowledgeable knows his facts. He went through each room checking each bed even Checking under our space rugs as well. He took his time with the inspection and our questions answering them fully even when he was supposed to leave few minutes earlier. Very friendly and knowledgeable I would recommend Mr Bilesky and Go Green anytime to anyone.

Randy was exceptionally helpful over the phone trying to distinguish what are issue was. Suggested we try sending a photo rather than a full on visit thus potentially saving us money. Then when the bug was identified, he gave us instructions on how to deal with it ourselves and in a green way, with safe methods. Would reccomend anyone contact him to troubleshoot their issue and I have faith he would be a very good person to deal with when you have a pest problem.

The staff in the office were so helpful and courteous, answering a lot of questions I had. Once we decided to go forward they were very quick to come out. Randy came out to our home, to help us with a rat issue, as well as spiders. He was prompt, professional and so awesome!! We had some fierce squirrels living in the soffit of our roof overhang, having torn open some of the mesh and wood in order to create a hole. Randy not only gave us a free consultation since he was already in the neighborhood; he even installed thick mesh on the entire front side of the house when the basic repair of the original hole wasn't enough (the squirrels started making fresh holes all around the soffit when they found their original entrance blocked with a one-way door trap). After some patience and ongoing help from Randy, the squirrels finally left. Thanks Randy for all your work! Definitely would go with Go Green again.

I made a request through their call back service by completing their inquiry section. They contacted me a reasonable time the next day. The staff (on the phone) asked a few questions much like a triage service so that it would save me money instead of needing to call someone out. I needed a report and was happy to pay upfront. I was pleased to hear that although the payment was non refundable I could still change the date and time. I took advantage of this and changed the date and time for the next day. They came the next day as the e-mail suggested. The two men were respectful and completed the job without too much trouble. I received a call (I wasn't there) with an update and they completed a report. The report arrived within hours of the job being completed. The service was exceptional and the men were grounded and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their service again. Thank you so much! . I would highly recommend.

I called Go Green Pest Control because I saw bug activity and I wasn’t sure if it was from ants or termites. Randy came over to my house within a half hour if my initial call to give me a courtesy inspection and I wasn’t even a bonded customer! Turns out it was just ants, thank goodness. I really appreciated his speedy response. He then scheduled a full ant inspection the next day and he was very thorough. Turns out I don’t have any major ant infestation at all but as a preventative measure, I had him schedule a ant treatment which lasts for 6 months, he she didn’t pressure me into it. Just switched pest control companies and couldn't be happier. We were having a problem and the pest control company we were with kept coming out and telling us it is normal not to notice anything, that it will take some time, and just kept doing the same thing they did before. We recently moved and the new place had a rat infestation. The previous owners let it go. My wife was furious and with small kids we had to deal with it immediately .We called Go Green and they were at the house the same day! Randy found all the ways the rodents were getting into the house and put a stop to the problem. We saved some money doing the cleanup ourselves. The problem is gone, the kids are safe, and the wife is happy! I was so impressed with the fast response and reasonable cost I decide to leave a review. I would definitely use them again.
