We had a most difficult situation in a large, high strata complex. Several pigeon colonies - one of them desperately high in an overhanging roof over 40' from street level.. A highly rated company turned us down. Another preferred to fix the easier problems only. Then we tried AAA, Robert said they could solve our problem and sent Dan the sure-footed. No problem was too big, they took everything in their stride. From initial telephone & inspection, to quote and execution of the work went smoothly. I can't think of a bad thing to say. On the contrary, I couldn't be more pleased.

After a couple of quotes I discovered AAA Wildlife to be the best of 3 over the phone quotes. We had some birds making nest inside of our soffit which I needed help with. It was at the top of our roof which was over 30ft up high. Randy came to my home to give me a detailed explanation of the work that he would do. The quote was exactly as expected. He mentioned a couple other areas that required work(I had noticed some starling activity there also in the past) which was additional but the price seemed very reasonable. Randy went to work and when I returned home from work he had finished his work already. I did immediately notice a few birds trying to get back into the areas Randy had secured. Randy was very friendly and not persuasive after the quote. I would highly recommend AAA Wildlife to any one who needs a solution to exclusion of wildlife. I would definitely use AAA Wildlife again if I ever needed.

We had Shah come and work with us. We had squirrels in the attic (!) for a number of months, and didn't know what to do. AAA came the next day, looked, and planned a solution. Shah came, implemented the solution, and VOILA: no more squirrels. He was equally fast and successful with the rat who loved our avocados overly much. I was very impressed with the attentiveness--Shah phoned to check up every couple of days until we were sure the rodents were all gone, and came out immediately both in the first instance and when everything was done. Not sure what other companies cost; this was not cheap, but I would still highly recommend AAA--especially if you want it dealt with NOW.

From the initial phone call to the final resolution, this was a great experience. Their receptionist was a wonderful, calming voice. It was much needed as I was probably a bit more on the panicked end. She helped me diagnose the likely issue and help book the next available appointment. Dan was wonderful when he came out. He was thorough and transparent. When I asked him about other rodent life, he outlined options and different possible paths. with upsides and downsides. With regards to the raccoon, he was careful and dealt with the humans and the animals in a very gentle way. If you have a raccoon issue, or really any other issue within their niche, I would highly recommend AAA Wildlife. They were wonderful to deal with.

My cat got stuck in a heating vent today. She must have somehow got the lid open and went inside. I called SPCA (they were closed), animal hospital, 911, Coquitlam by-law, and it was Coquitlam by-law that had recommend AAA wildlife control. Danielle was very helpful, and she'd sent Dan to my place in less than 10mins. Coquitlam by-law had also sent an officer along the way to help out. Dan managed to open one of the heating vents near the furnace, and the cat went down the vent finally got out after an hour or so. Very thankful to Dan, the officer, and everyone involved in getting my cat, Momo, out of the vent! Alrhough the price was hefty ($295 plus tax), it was definitely worth it. Came to help quickly, and got the work done! You guys saved a life today. God bless you all!

A few years ago, I had a squirrel problem. The technician properly secured all cracks around the house to prevent the animals from coming into the house again. The house no longer has any squirrel problem anymore. I called AAA Wildlife Control again for a mice problem in the house. Shah and Daniel came to deal with a raccoon that had broken through our roof. A Northern Flicker (bird) had dug a hold near by the top of the Wood Chimmey last month. My neighbor gave me the AAA wildlife control contact information. A professional technician ( shah Karan Khan) came on time. He made a free estimate and explained to me about how he would repair the damage area. He put the metal flashing plate and wire mesh to cover at the damage area. The AAA wildlife control given 2 years warranty for the same damage area. Good job. Thank you so much!!!

A mama raccoon and 4 babies made a home in our small shed. The mama raccoon had a run in with a skunk in the past and smelt awful. AAA Wildlife Control humanly chased the mother a short distance away, and moved the babies into a box with an open side. Mama raccoon came back and carried off each or the 4 babies in her mouth to a new den. AAA Wildlife Control blew the air out of the shed and sprayed it twice with a powerful but organic deodorizer. They helped us put galvanized wire mesh around the perimeter of the shed where the soffit was to keep raccoons out. When I first phoned they said they were booked 2 weeks out but I could go on standby. The next day a technician was able to come.

Over the past 10 years I have used AAA Wildlife Control and I have never been disappointed with their service. My most recent experience was very positive when Shah removed a nest in my soffit that was at least 30 ft above ground. They removed the nest, repaired my soffit and bird proofed the area around my chimney. I have nothing but good things to say about their service. They also provided me with photos of the problem areas before and after they fixed it. Their estimates were fair and they kept to their estimate without any surprises. Imagine seeing a mother skunk crawling under your neighbours front concrete deck. Then imagine after seeing this for 4 days....6 baby skunks come out! The SPCA here in Coquitlam and the City of Coquitlam both recommended I call AAA Wildlife control and I heartily agree. They arrived mid afternoon the next day and proceeded to put in one way traps and ensure the mother and babies would be handled in a humane way. Eventually, all six babies were rescued and wire mesh was installed to prevent any further animals from gaining access to the den. Unfortunately, the mother did not return one day while this was taking place and this was stressful for my wife and neighbour but the men at AAA worked hard to ensure all the babies would be captured and taken to Critter Care for support. The first five babies were captured in one day but the staff at AAA would not let the final baby behind. They returned at 07:00 hrs on a Saturday and completed the project. Well done ! Great service. I cannot say enough about the way AAA staff dedicated themselves to this problem. At one point between calls, two staff were here working to ensure their goal was met and meet my expectations. Should any wildlife become a problem for you, AAA Wildlife Control should be your first call.

We would 100% recommend Shah and AAA Wildlife Control to our friends and family. Shah was able to resolve our squirrel problem within one week! We had a mother squirrel with babies occupying our attic for about 6 weeks and had hired another very reputable company (with initials WPC) which failed to resolve our situation. Generally, most companies out there take a very passive approach when dealing with squirrels. This involves putting a one way door, not going into the attic, and sealing obvious entry points. This may work for bachelor squirrels, but definitely not mother squirrels with babies. The other company told us that we had to wait at least 6 more weeks for the babies to grow and exit through the one way door on their own. That option was not acceptable for us, which is why we did some more research online and found AAA Wildlife Control.... and we are so darn glad we did! Shah was faced with a very challenging task, but he exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Because the previous company did not inspect the attic (as they claimed there was no point), the mother squirrel moved her babies to a hidden place where Shah was not able to access by the time he got there. The attic was then deodorized (which they other company did not do) and the mother was unable to enter the attic for approximately 24 hours to create stress. Subsequently, Shah came back the next day to leave an opening for the mother squirrel to get in with the expectation that she will leave with her babies the next day. He was correct in his prediction and she left with her 3 babies. Success! He came back and forth to our property about 5 times total within the span of a week and checked in with us on a regular basis to see how things are progressing. He sealed all potential entry points with wire mesh including our roof vents. Additionally, he covered the surrounding area where there was a breach with wire mesh as the other company did not and the squirrel had chew on the wood and the areas around it. When the job was done, he spray painted the area where the squirrel had damaged and it looks brand new! Talk about going beyond expectations! If you are looking for a company that has deep knowledge and expertise about squirrels and how best to approach the situation on a case by case basis, then look no further. Additionally, this company really shows that they care about getting the job done and make very hands-on attempts to resolve it for you by showing up almost daily with constant communication. We are so happy with the result and am so glad we chose AAA Wildlife Control. Otherwise, we would be suffering for another 6+ weeks praying and wishing the squirrels would leave on their own! We hope to not have any future wildlife issues (fingers crossed), but if we do, this company will be the ONLY one we call. Thank you, Shah! We appreciate everything you did for us.

I am relieved to have our rat-in-attics problem and potential raccoon-entry-into attic problem resolved by AAA Wildlife Control. We heard rather intense animal noises bumping against the temporary plywood blocker on our roof one night and thought raccoons had forced through the soffit and got inside the roof attic of the house. I called AAA Wildlife Control and Randy came and checked the two attics respectively above the garage and at the roof level of the house and found no raccoons. Instead he found rat droppings and rat tracks through the blown-in insulation in the attics. He put rat traps inside both attics and installed screens to block off openings (roof and wall vents, chimneys) and 4 intersections between soffit and top part of sloping roof. Randy explained that the raccoons could be trying to gain entry into the roof attic to hunt down the rats for food. I am very satisfied with the investigative and preventive works done by Randy and would have no hesitation in recommending AAA Wildlife Control to perform similar blocking out or screening off works to resolve wildlife intrusive/invasive problems.

I contacted AAA Wildlife regarding a mother raccoon and kits living in the attic of a derelict house near me that was due to be demolished within a couple of days. (The contractor for the property was intent on demolishing the house with the raccoons still in it.) Even though it was a holiday weekend, AAA Wildlife went the extra mile to accommodate my request. The technician they sent was professional and experienced. He was very adept at the job, quickly had the kits in a box and out of the house and the mum scared off. The technician spray-bombed the attic and barricaded their access site to deter their return. True to his prediction, the mother raccoon came back the same night to get the kits out of the box and they left for a safer den site.(Yay!) The technician came by the following day to do an interior check of the house to make sure they hadn't returned. He was very good at answering all my questions and kept me informed about the process. I highly recommend this company for their humane, professional and efficient service.

Technician came & gave me an estimate, that I paid for & was told (prior to him coming) that it would not be put towards the work to be done. I agreed. I phoned his cell to book him, left message, no response. Called again to the office a few weeks later, left message & again, no call back. Called a third time (the office again) & I asked the office girl if he was too busy to do the job. She said she would have him call me back, that day. Again, no call. This was all over the course of 3.5 months ... plenty of time to call. ***Follow up*** received a prompt response from Randy, communication issues were at the root of the problem (between staff members) with no response to messages. Estimate money has been refunded. Thank you.

I would like to thank Randy for such a professional job! He was very courteous and very caring. He removed one mother racoon and went back in to find three babies. He safely placed the three babies in a box with a heater pad and placed it on the roof in a safe place for the mom to come back to collect them. He follows up repeatedly to ensure the kits are collected. He also installed wire mesh so that the racoons couldn't re-enter our roof. Some squirrels managed to get into the roof and these folks were quick to investigate. The technician was very professional and promptly provided an estimate after going up on the roof. He didn't try to scare us into buying any specific options and was not pushy at all. Shah came back a few times over a week or two, to verify they hadn't gotten back in, before installing grating and various covers for the chimneys and vents. He also provided video of the installed materials and any damage encountered. Hopefully never have to require their services again but they did a terrific job. Would definitely recommend. Was also provided a 4 year warranty, goes up to 5 apparently but depends on the age of your roof.

This was a huge relief because I had called many other businesses who either didn't answer their phones or were closed for the weekend. He first got the mother out and then located babies with a thermal camera. The babies were in a precarious spot in our attic and Dan worked hard to get into a position where he could collect all three little baby raccoons. It was impressive to see and the extraction couldn’t of went better. My family got an up close viewing of the adorable baby raccoons before they went into the box, where they wait for mom to come gather them up when she feels less threatened by us. The mother raccoon returned in the evening and gathered up her babies from the box and we hope she vacated to a nice new local, and not back into our home! Thanks again for the 5-star removal.

Upon returning home after vacation on a Saturday in January 2017, we discovered rat droppings throughout the house and called AAA Wildlife. We were grateful that Randy received the call and came over the next morning, a Sunday, to investigate the problem. He gave a very thorough inspection to every part of the house from the roof down and detected possible entry portals in the unguarded roof vents and, most significantly, an opening on the floor of the boiler room that drains to the sewers, which was considered to be the culprit. He proceeded to protect as much as possible the roof deficiencies as well as place a one-way trapdoor over the gap in the boiler room. Traps were placed at strategic areas in the house. The same evening a single rat was caught and no other activity was detected. Randy proceeded with placing a wire guard over the gap in the boiler room as well as completing the necessary protection for defects on the roof over the next 2 visits. The work has succeeded in preventing any further rat invasion in the following month to date. The work was done professionally without any interference with our domestic life. We are very happy with our experience with the company and have in fact recommended it to a friend with mice infestation in the house.

Disappointing results – Buyer beware We have had two experiences with AAA Wildlife Control. The first one was to rat proof our attic after a raccoon had caused a leak in our roof. This action seems to have been successful – three years later, no rats and no leaks – and cost about $1500. Last fall we discovered a dead mouse and mouse droppings, so I called AAA again. First, I have to say they warned me that their attempts might not be successful…so if you are contacting them, perhaps you should try another exterminator with a better outlook. However, as I had a reasonable result before I paid $1000 for mouse proofing the outside of the house with mesh netting put over any lower openings under the stucco. They also set traps in the house. The cost was supposed to include three follow up visits ($85 each for a total of $255). They came back once and the set traps were empty. We went on holidays for two months and have come back to a lot (> 100) mouse droppings in different spots within our home. I called AAA and hoped they would return for another follow up and have a more successful plan. Instead I received a call back suggesting we should reset the traps ourselves. Many droppings were on a sofa in the living room, which may indicate a nest in the sofa – and again we should turn it over and investigate ourselves. So if you are hiring AAA be aware that they do tell you they may not be successful, and that their follow up is very lacking and will leave you needing to call another exterminator. This is partially my fault for not listening when they advised of their lack of success, so I am helping them spread their word to hopefully help others.

Had a family of 5 squirrels living in the soffit of my home that was waking me up at 5am every morning. Also had some pigeons in the attic due to another part of our soffit coming apart from the last winter snowstorm. Dan, the field supervisor, was sent over to help us out. I thought it was a bit pricey at first but it was definitely well worth the money. Dan put our soffit back in place, got rid of the pigeon (even set up a small box on the side of the house for a baby pigeon to grow), and blocked off all the entry points for the squirrels. He came back on two separate occasions to check in on the squirrel problem and the pigeon. He just finished up today (since the pigeon was finally old enough to fly away on its own). Great experience with the company.

Had a fantastic experience using AAA wildlife control! They were very professional and informative, in a way that many other pest control companies haven't been. I felt listened to as I explained my concerns, and was very reassured with their answers. We were having issues with rats getting into our attic and have tried numerous other companies to no avail. In previous dealings, other pest control service providers have often framed the problem as a long term on-going situation, which could only be curtailed by placing bags of poison haphazardly around my property (was very unimpressed). We had racoon and her babies in one of the attics of the house. She made four holes on the roof and one hole through the ceiling and went into the kitchen once - made a whole lot mess in the kitchen. My wife was so scared and she just couldn't sleep for the nights. We called pest controls and invited them to handle the issue and they spent four weeks tried everything they can but the racoon just laughed at us - man, it's horrible to hear the noises at nights. After everything was tried by the pest control company, they gave up but no way to return the payment. They claim it's illegal to move the racoon and her babies until 9 months past. Fortunately we called AAA and found the right guy Shah to handle the issue. He is so professional and a couple of hours later the racoon babies were in his hands. He patched all the holes, set up a box containing the babies on the roof, and a few hours later the racoon mom came and carried off the babies one by one. What a relief! Thank AAA and thank you Shah. Now I knew what I am going to do after seeing racoons in the house - hope that will never happen again.

I heard noise from attic and thought it was raccoon. I called one pest control company and they referred me to AAA wildlife Control. When technician Shah came, he explained to me what were the procedures. After assessment, he told me that I have rat problem instead. He setup the traps and did all other preventive measures. We are very impressed of how our raccoon problem was resolved. We heard noises in our roof and mama raccoon was around the garden and kitchen all the time. We have used AAA wildlife twice now at our homes, most recently with Shah at our house. Shah was professional and very honest and easy to deal with from beginning to end. Service was quick, on budget, and no surprises. Their office is open and provide customer service and support as needed. We had an issue with sound inside the house that may and may not have been related to AAA Wild Life's work, but Shah came back and inspected the issue without hesitation to provide us with a peace of mind. In terms of setting screens to prevent bugs and rodents going into the house, every area possible, even the smallest cracks, were identified and sealed.
