We hired this company to inspect our roof. We were hearing weird sounds at night in the ceiling. The roof was recently replaced so we were surprised to have any issues. Apparently a gap in the fascia was never covered. Our home inspector mentioned the issue a few years ago, but we assumed it would have been repaired with the new roof installation, anyway... Raider Wildlife was wonderful! They were professional and responded quickly to my emails. Hydro had to be shut off because the hole was near power lines. They dealt with the matter themselves and scheduled a power shut-off for their follow-up visit. In the end, they fixed a vital problem and repaired some aluminum on the roof that was caused by wildlife or the previous roofing company, I'm not sure. They installed screening along my roof ridges and on pipes. They even replaced my laundry vent with a sharp looking animal-proof vent. I hope to have a solid animal-free roof for the next 20 years lol! But seriously, this company was great and worth every penny. I had concerns about the house looking like a prison, but it looks anything but!

We called Raider Wildlife for squirrel removal. We had previously used another company several years before and called them first, but we were disappointed with that company for not honouring their warranty and being very unprofessional. They talked us through their process and described what they would do for both the short term and the long term. I called Raider Wildlife after we started hearing loud noises in our attic during the night. They came out the next day and found where the racoon was entering the house through the soffit. We were presented with several different options, ranging from simply sealing up the entry point after the critter left through a one-way door, to a full protection package for the entire house. We chose to reenforce all of our angle soffit areas and cover all of our roof vents. They came back the next day to do the work. They used colour matched aluminum for the soffits and inconspicuous black aluminum covers for the vents - no unsightly wire mesh. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and materials and with how professional the entire team was. These guys clearly know what they're doing and care about doing the job right.

I called Chris because Raider's competition (Skedaddle) gave us a really high quote without confirming if there were actually raccoons in our attic. Our tenants heard noise in the attic couple of times. Skedaddle came to check and was mainly going by what our tenants told them. I had never experienced raccoons in my attic so I trusted this other company - 450.00 later I still had the problem and so much more. I have been waiting to write this review for a while. My first call to Chris was 9 30 pm on a weekday. I seriously anticipated a voicemail and he answered. He was so communicative and clear about how they work and who they are and I knew I wanted to hire their team. Over the next I'd say month and a half of working with them, it's been nothing but excellence from him and his team. I dont think I have the space or time to say how well it was all done. Show me a company who answers calls and emails over weekends at 10 00 pm to make sure everything is okay, you can't! But these guys do. They make sure you know what's going on every step of the way and deal with you like you're a person in a very kind, respectful, and fair way. I never once felt like I wasnt getting the best. His team is very kind I met with them a few times and they were so great explaining things to me, even telling me a part of the project was not as hard as they thought so they discounted it! That's unheard of, save you money because they know better and they tell you that. I'm sure this review is lengthy. But this is the company you want. Trust me. You dont want to take your time or money anywhere else. Halfway through the project the attached home to mine had animals break in and cause me headaches and damage. Chris helped me deal with that issue and the other owner and he tracked everything ever said which ended up helping me greatly. If we have any issues ever again we will call them. My first contact Chris Dyal was very polite, professional and asked me several questions to enable him to understand the nature and the extent of the problem. They checked the entire roof and the attic, found more problems than I was aware of. They provided me with a written quotation in detail. The work was done soon after. I have a metal roof and was a little worried about anyone walking on it and possibly causing damage but the guys knew exactly what they were doing, they were also able to block the roof vents with mesh from inside the attic. I called Raider Wildlife Control to discuss helping us with mice in our attic. One of the owners, Chris, answered my call and was very helpful and listened to my questions. He then assured me that they could help. We quickly set up a time for his partner Blake to come have a look at the house and work up a quote. I had a competitor come by for a quote as well. Raider got the business based on their overall customer service and the personal approach at the in field assessment. Blake was great and answered all my questions. On the day of the service (just 2 days later) Trevor and Nolan arrived on time and got to work solving our problem. Within 90 minutes they had completed their work. This included sealing all gaps around the soffit/wall, sealing roof vents and any gaps in the drip edge. When Trevor needed access to the attic to bait he wore a clean overall and boot coverings in the house (along with a mask) and was in and out within 10 minutes. He then spent 10-15 minutes showing me all the work they completed and asked if I had any questions. They even cleaned up a repair that I had done around an AC house entering the house. Trevor explained that the foam I had used could potentially be an entry point for mice to chew through. He went back to the truck to get supplies, cleaned off the foam and filled the hole. In a field with lots of competition it can be hard to know the difference between a good company and a great company. For me it was the attention to detail, keeping their word on service times and taking the time to explain the work. All that and fully insured and bonded along with a lot of great online reviews and customer interaction. In my opinion, Raider Wildlife Control is the only call you need to make! We contacted Raider WildLife Control in Sept. 2020, because we had an outdoor gathering in our backyard, and one of our friends observed several bats exiting our house via the attic. I called the next working day, and one of the co-owners, Blake, immediately came out the same day to complete a detailed assessment and provide me with a firm quote on the spot. Another competitor came out the following day, but I realized that he was "fear-mongering" (i.e. told me that we had 2 bat colonies in the attic). Bats are more difficult to eradicate, but we were confident that Raider WildLife's approach would lead to 100% removal of all 13 bats from our home forever. If I could give Blake and this company 10 stars, it wouldn’t be high enough! I called about noises coming from our pool house. Blake came out after hours, spent 2 hours collecting baby squirrels from the house. He diagnosed the problem, took down the siding, safely and gently captured 6 babies and sent them off to their mom. He cleaned the entire nest out, cleaned up the mess and put everything back together. Then Blake sealed off the opening and sprayed a deterrent around all openings. He was about to leave and heard noises coming from the other side. He started all over and found 2 more. He then climbed on our house roof to capture a baby who had climbed the wall. They were thorough in their assessment and willing to work with us in completing the immediate and necessary items in a timely manner. They had replaced some vents and covers on the roof where there was evidence of animal entry. Shortly, after their work was completed, they went over immediately when the tenants had reported a water leak. The problem wasn’t even with any of the vents they replaced but they looked after it anyway. We feel they went over and above to address this concern. We have utilized their services on numerous occasions for different properties and would not hesitate to use them again if needed. Each and every time we have found Chris, Blake and their employees to be courteous and professional. Excellent work! There was some creature entering my chimney, causing noises at my house at night, disrupting sleep. I asked for an assessment of my property, and I can see why they were rated very well online - they were thorough in their findings, pointing out problem areas in my house I would've never thought of - drip edge, multiple hidden entry holes for rodents. Chris was insightful, informative and understanding of my concerns throughout the whole process. I'm sure hiring Raider Wildlife wasn't one of the cheapest wildlife control options available, but I'd say the quality of their work was worth the price. Definitely recommend.

Coming home from vacation to see that a furry critter has moved into your house is not fun at all. Of course I took to google right away and choose Raider Wildlife because of their amazing google reviews. I called right away and spoke with Chris. Chris was amazing at calming my nerves and letting me know what the process was on getting and keeping out the raccoon that had moved in. I spoke with him on Sunday and his crew came on Monday morning to install a one way door and raccoon/squirrel proofed our roof. Chris even came towards the end of the job to see how everything was going. 2-3 weeks later they came back to remove the one way door and could see the raccoon door was activated. So they removed that and racoon proofed the final entry point. I would highly recommend Raider Wildlife as they are very attentive in getting back to you and explaining the process in great detail. When I found a raccoon living in my shed, I called several services to get some advice and discuss my options. After getting a few estimates (from the services that returned my call...), which Chris encouraged, I decided to go with Raider. Chris came across as very honest and straight-forward, and, from what he described, it seemed like I would be getting a better solution at a lower price compared to competitors. Raider was able to quickly book a time to do the job and took care of the issue in under a week. When the gentleman from Raider arrived to do the job, they were professional, courteous, and helpful.
