I had experienced a raccoon walk up stairs from basement into kitchen while I was doing an online exam at the table...I chased it back down the stairs and stacked moving boxes to block the open entrance... within 30 minutes if calling this company, I got a text from Paul saying he could help me... it was approx 7:30pm & had confirmation that they could help me next morning... Mark & Ray arrived around 10:00am & crawled into the nastiness, caulked under the siding & holes of chimney...installed wire cages over roof vents...dug out about 3 meters where foundation was broken, laid wire fencing to cover problem entrance...Mark & Ray were polite , super fast & explained how the one-way doors for chimney & crawl space worked... rodents can leave but not reenter!.. I would highly recommend this company to get the job done! Ask for Mark & Ray... you’ll feel safe & satisfied with them.
