My fiance and I used this service to try and keep a pest out of our walls of our home. We had two different people come out.. the first was trying to catch a mouse but it was not a mouse problem. The second was looking into possible squirrel which we think is the culprit. We had them come out, look around our house.. tell us what he thought and then we heard nothing else from them. We have a small baby and I wanted this issue resolved. I am tired of hearing noises in the walls. I am very disappointed in this company for not following up or offering solutions of what we could do. Now it is winter and we will have to live with a pest in our walls and I am now afraid of a new litter being born in our walls as well. Very very upset by this.

St-Lawrence came in under our first quote's cost, scheduled the work sooner, and had extremely polite and informative communication.
