Found some bugs in my house that I thought were termites so I caught a few and took them to Victoria Pest Control. Google said they opened at 9 am on Saturday so I drove over there. Upon getting there I saw a sign that said they're closed Saturdays except for phone calls. I called and explained that google had the wrong hours and I was at the office looking for an ID. The lady was nice enough to come out and identify them for me, and explain why they were in my house so my wife didn't worry all weekend.

** Update *** Victoria Pest Control came back and offered me several additional treatments at no cost. Not sure why this bed bug issue persisted for several months but we are now bed bug free and I am extremely thankful to Victoria Pest Control for their amazing customer service, they really went the extra mile for me. Thank you SO much! *** I used Victoria Pest Control because I had a bed bug infestation on one of my couches. It was a moderate infestation mostly contained to one couch. I had treatment done multiple times by one of the pest control technician, who was great. Professional service and easy to work with! Unfortunately their treatment didn’t completely work and I still have bed bugs on my couch. This is why I have to leave 3 stars. I’m not sure why the treatment didn’t work (and I don’t think it’s the company’s fault necessarily!) but it’s a bit frustrating as I paid $600 for treatment and I still have bed bugs.

Excellent customer service! Our experience with this Company was tremendous. They were professional, prompt and courtesy. They arrived the same day that we called them, despite it being a long weekend. We have not seen another yellow jacket wasp, since they were fumigated. Thank you Guys, you are the BEST in Town.

Very friendly and informative! Came and sprayed the exterior of our house for carpenter ants. Walked me through inspection and provided information regarding habits of the little critters/behavior and the material we would be using to eradicate them. Treatment only took 1 hour! Will follow up to ensure everything worked properly but I felt very well taken care of during this process. Awesome staff, will continue working with them in the future!

Chris has come to our house many times to inspect the attic for rodents, lay traps and seal up every possible entry point. Our house is secure and rodent free now. Chris is a super nice guy and does an extremely good job. It's not easy to get into and out of the attic and to work up there but he's never complained - he's just done what he needed to to get the job done. He's always on time, easy to communicate with, etc. I highly recommend Victoria Pest Control and Chris.

They charged $194 to tell us we did not have a problem Victoria Pest Control did a super thorough, professional inspection both inside and out. I've hired this firm twice to deal with wasp nests at my home. Service was prompt, thorough and not expensive. Also, I bought a humane (catch and release) squirrel trap from them once to capture a squirrel that accidentally entered my basement. The staff were excellent and so was the trap.

We had an ant problem in March this year. The technician showed up, he explained in detail what he would do. A few after days after his first visit the ants were almost gone. A short time after his final visit the ants were gone . I highly recommend this company, the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. After 7 months we are still ant free. Thank you.

We had other pest control companies try to eliminate a long standing issue with carpenter ants. They were expensive and never eradicated the problem. Daniel & Victoria Pest Control dealt with our infestation professionally and efficiently. We were astonished by the rapid results ... it has been a couple of months since our first treatment plus subsequent treatments and no sign of the ants. Victoria Pest Control continues to monitor our home for further issues but we are delighted that our problem has finally been remedied. Joey was great in dealing with our mouse problem. Like another reviewer mentioned, he was always on time, polite and very thorough. After each visit he would write a detailed report with findings and recommendations, and send it to me. I also like the fact that this company has a flat rate to get the problem resolved... not the cheapest (close) but no extra charges for other needed services, if required.

These guys are our hero's, after a pigeon wandered into our store, Insideout Homestore, with our lovely white slipcovered furniture and flew around pooping they came to our rescue and successfully rescued the bird and set it free.
