Mark, the business operator deserves a review. Full disclosure I did not use this business for this particular need. I spoke with Mark on the phone he was honest, educational and frank. Our particular need was at the height of an infestation in Kelowna due in part to the heat wave and smoke. Mark was unable to commit to responding to our residence the same day, however he did promise that he would make every effort if his day progressed as planned. Panicking we found another provider who was able to respond to our residence the same morning. Like a true gentleman to his word, Mark contacted us that afternoon to let us know he was able to come over. I felt terrible that I forgot to call him back to let him know that we had found other option. I was so impressed that he was more concerned that our needs were met, than which provider got the job. Owners/businesses like this are hidden gems, models and examples for the rest.
