All Green recently serviced our house, as my wife found a lot of ant activity around the house, and some ants were even getting into our kitchen. We contacted All Green for a Free Inspection, and they came by to take a look the next day. Sam from all green was very professional and put our minds at ease, as he explained the root cause of the ant activity and the detailed steps that they would take to ensure that our house is as ant free as possible inside and out. We opted for the quarterly Insect Package, and they sent a technician the next day to complete the treatment that Sam had introduced the other day. The technician was very friendly and professional, and explained every step before proceeding with the treatment. Now two weeks later I must say that we are ant free! Thank you All Green, it was a pleasure working with you from start to finish, and we look forward to seeing you again on our next scheduled treatment! Keep up the great work.

For some reason I had ant, ants, and more ants. As well I had mice getting into my pantry. I tried some over the counter homeowner methods to no avail. One of the guys I work with referred me to All Green Pest Control. The staff that came out were Very knowledgeable. The ant problem was resolved fast. They went into the crawl space and house perimeter and sealed off where the mice could get in. It's been a month or so and no ants or mice so I decided to write this review. The price was right as well. Courteous friendly service. And a local business.

I suddenly saw ants in my place and I completely freaked out. I texted a pic to All Green and they said that they were Carpenter ants. They responded to my call immediately and scheduled a visit right away. Sam came to my house and was so friendly and professional. I was very worried because I have a 20 year old cat but they told me she would be ok if I kept her in a room and put a towel under the door and I also have an air purifier on. I felt very assured by Sam and was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was. And they have a “warranty” on their work so they will come back and spray again if necessary. I am so happy with All Green. Liam was terrific on the phone and I phoned quite a few times LOL. He never sounded annoyed with me even though I’m sure I was annoying. And Sam was so nice!!! He listened to me and answered all my questions and was so patient! I will ???? call All Green first if I have any problems with pests in the future!! Thank you All Green Pest Control!!!! I’ve always had so many issues with past pest control companies, and it was either because they did a mediocre job or they were overcharging me a heap load for extra services(aka SCAMMING ME). My house is filled with so many ants and spiders every summer and I was getting fed up about it and my trust in pest control companies were hanging by a string until one day a company by the name of All Green came up to my door. The route manager(shout out to Jayden)who approached me was very professional and helped me finding the right service for my home. What caught my attention was when the route manager explained to me that the products were child and pet friendly because of their environment friendly products that they utilize. And so I gambled my last chance in pest control service by delegating my pest problems with All Green and boy was I impressed. After a couple of days since the service had been completed, all of those pesky ants and spiders and other underlying insects in my house were gone! If anyone in the Lower Mainland needs their pest problems well handled, go to All Green because they know exactly what they’re doing!!

I hired All Green Pest Control for a spider infestation within the home, and exterior premises, in the Vancouver area. I wanted a company who could provide a product as “natural as possible” while keeping the pests away, and our family safe. Their team has been nothing but professional and responsive start to finish. I have needed to use their warranty service which is a nice touch, and ‘peace of mind’ for a terrified spider person. So for, the spider problem within the home has disappeared???????? just the odd one. Thankfully!! Definitely a big reduction. Charged me 315 dollars without performing any service!! They automatically put you on reoccurring services after your initial service and they won't tell you about it. I had to call to cancel the service in advance but they charged me anyway. I found out about this when going through my monthly bills and they told me account department is not connected to service department. What a scam.

UNSOLICITED Door to door sales (Richmond, BC) May 2021. Agressive marketing on seniors at home during a pandemic. Shame. Salesperson was unmasked and was adamant that pest control was needed and was being done in the neighbourhood - that all the neighbours were signing up. Told this senior that traps were needed to be set for ants and mice inside and outside the house for a quarterly (year) charge of $150. Requested credit card number. Pressed and was aggressively pushing service. No details of service scope of work. Left only after senior homeowner agreed to have them come back Saturday between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. Left no business card, no business literature - nothing but a phone number. Verbally represented as All Green Pest Control, but reverse telephone number showed All Green Way Lawn Care. Directors for both companies are the same.

We had ants around the perimeter of our home on a 1 acre property near the woods. The large paver courtyard was a playground for them. All-green was able to greatly reduce the activity with the first visit. They were happy to come spot spray additional activity in the coming weeks. We started using this company 2 years ago for an ant issue we were having outside. We now have them spray the inside and outside of our house every 6 months. The products they use are safe for all our pets; I can honestly say they have eliminated all the ants / bugs / spiders around our home. We had our house sprayed last month; approximately one week later we woke up to find around 50 dead wasps on our patio. After a bit of investigation we realized that we had a giant hornets nest in our hedges. I was beyond impressed that the product from the week prior killed all these hornets just by touching the frame of our house. I called them immediately (which they were back within two days) to spray the nest which eliminated all hornet activity within 12 hours. The team has proven to be very reliable and knowledgeable. They know how to deal with all these pests! The best part of the service is that you pay once per year and can call them at any time to come back for FREE to respray your home to deal with any new or old issues that need a new to be dealt with. After consulting with a number of pest control companies that wanted to wanted to set traps for a monthly fee, I found All-Green Pest Control who recommended rodent-proofing our home. This was a more expensive option but comes with a ten-year warranty and avoids any poison chemicals. The theory is that if there is no place to make homes they will move on. The result is we have not seen or heard any rodents since the work was done and no poison or harmful chemicals were used. Great job! Thanks All-Green!

ALL GREEN PEST CONTROL IS BY FAR - THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. VERY GOOD QUALITY, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, INCREDIBLE VALUE, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED THEM. Last year we had a 3 fold problem with rodents invading our home and out buildings. We had raccoons living under our out buildings, squirrels nesting in our attic and rats everywhere. Garth evaluated the situation- gave us a very reasonable price and included a 10 year warranty. The team set out to install one way doors for the raccoons and squirrels and rats. When we were sure that they were all out he literally screened every orifice of the home and all the out buildings. Unfortunately by vacating the raccoons from under our out buildings, they decided to take up residence in our attic of our home by ripping out the the shakes and burrowing into the insulation between the joists. As their aim was not to hurt the animals, they took the babies and put them in a box next to the hole. Within minutes the mother raccoon came and picked up her babies and took them else where. (otherwise she would have torn up our whole roof looking for her babies).They repaired the roof in the very professional manner. As we had a 10 year warranty, we called them back this year as the raccoons dug up our roof again. ALL GREEN came back without hesitation and professionally rectified the problem at no charge. All Green texted with me (big plus, as I hate playing telephone tag) and were able to come do an inspection the following day. Their tech Fernando was knowledgeable and friendly, and happy to take the time to explain to us exactly what was going on and what our options were (including D.I.Y ones). Both he and the dispatcher, Liam, have been super supportive and helpful. That any future visits or consultations regarding the same problem are free after they've done a certain amount of work is a big confidence booster- they want to do it right the first time and not have to come back! But I also appreciate that they have the same tech come back if/when they do. They seem committed to providing quality care and long-lasting fixes. I had read the negative reviews about their cold-calling neighbours techniques, but I get that they do that to try and really SOLVE a pest problem in an area rather than just slap a patch on it. Would recommend to a friend, would text again!

One guy from this company came to my place and told me that a few of my neighbors have ants and rat problem. He said he will send a team to my place to spray something otherwise the bugs will move to my area. He got my number and address, at this point I see he’s trying to sell pest control services. I told him I will not consider this year as everything is in control, if I need the service I will give them a call. This guy does not leave, he kept talking about the discount and asked me to call my husband to make a decision, very pushy and I started to get uncomfortable. Around dinner time, this guy came again, we refused the service, in the end he said “enjoy your ants”. Wow, very professional! A company dose not take a NO.

Exterminator was scheduled in the morning didnt show up, came late after rescheduling to noon. The sales guy is very misleading and intentionally speaks a lot to confuse you. The guy says my neighbours used the service but none of my neigbours said they used the service. Pricing is ok, I wish they were more upfront and clear with the costs. Also, they automatically assume you want auto payment set up. Management was messy and mixed up some details. Actual service was ok. Most ants are gone.

Very rude sales person came to knock on my door. He tried to make sales by coming up with random names and saying your neighbours, “Michelle and Michael over that house and that house just signed for our service”. My neighbours’ are not Michael and Michelle at all. I told him I will pass before he continues. He then said I’m not in charge and he wants to speak to the owner of the house. The owner of the house is my mom and she is out of the country right now. All-green please train you sales person before sending them out to offend people during the pandemic!

I had been putting off dealing with the ant problem at my parents place when one day there was a knock at the door and one of the reps (Kalvin) sold me on their guarantee that they would be able to effectively get rid of unwanted insects. The first round helped, but when I still saw ants I called them back and they were returned within a day for a second treatment. The ant colonies around Richmond are no joke, so I wasn't surprised that I had to call them a couple times for a do-over. Third time around Sam showed up with a different product and he pretty much went over the front and backyard with a fine tooth comb. Needless to say, I haven't seen ants in weeks, which I thought would never be possible. All the guys that came by the house were courteous and professional, and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. The product they used is safe for our dog as well, so we didn't have to worry about her being in the yard. All in all, money well spent.

Same scam as cited by other reviews. Tried to swindle my 86 year old father into reoccurring service (which he did not authorize but was marked as authorized). Made up fake neighbors who are using their service. No one around us is using their service. Reading other reviews, their sales tactics seem unchanged despite multiple reviews. STOP trying to scam seniors!

Service with a smile! These guys luckily found me when I had a huge ant problem. They were very professional, knew what they were talking about and was more than fair on the price. I understood ant problems is not a one time thing and these guys are doing everything to help. Seriously, they have one of the best smiles I have ever seen in the service industry. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, don't be hindered by the North Van part, I lived in Richmond and these guys were on time and awesome!

All I have to say is wow. I have had issues with small ants for years but one visit from these guys and they haven’t come back in months! Not only was the work they did efficient and lastly but they handled themselves very professionally and explained the process every step of the way! Would definitely recommend if you have any sort of bug issue!

A salesperson came to press our doorbell today while both me and my husband were on conference calls (we work from home). We have the “No Soliciting” sign up right next to the door knob for this reason, so we won’t be disturbed during work hours. At this point, our dogs were barking and I thought it must be important so I told everyone in the conference meeting to pause, and went to answer the door. I then found out it was a sale person from All Green Pest Control. I asked him did you not see this “No Soliciting” sign here? He said he didn’t know what it means....... I then told him it means please do not knock or press the doorbell for advertisement. He then said it’s not sales, his company is already here servicing so he could get me 50% off for pest control service, and by his definition, this is not soliciting...... I just closed my door at this point and went back to my meeting. And most of you probably already know this sales trick, they always say we are servicing your neighbours, so you can get 50%, but in fact I talk to my neighbors all the time and none of us have hired any pest control services. All in all, I would really hope a company with door to door sales reps to at least give them a simple training of what “No Soliciting” means, and if you come to my door and offer me a product or service, that is textbook soliciting.
