Abell Pest Control is a good business. For one very reasonable price they commit to three visits if necessary. Rolly Guintu was the service provider. He was very attentive and thorough. It did in fact take three treatments to get rid of a large wasp nest embedded inside an exterior cedar shingle wall. Not only was Rolly thorough, he was also flexible and willing to come on our schedule. He made follow-up calls to ask if the treatment had been successful, and always picked up when I phone him. I would happily recommend both Rolly Guintu and Abell Pest Control in Vancouver.

Our Field Rep is Jamie and he does a very good job for us. We have bi-weekly inspections with a few dozen traps to inspect. He does it in a timely and efficient manner and we always get feedback on any outside trap feeding activity or captured pests indoors. He has also been proactive in helping us with seasonal flying bugs too. We've been using Abell for over 10 years. We've had a few different Field Reps over that time but they have always been professional. I have no problem recommending this company.

Worst service ever. Abell is our building's designated pest control company. We've been having a mice problem for the last four months, and all Abell has done is to "tell us" to seal all openings and catch all mice. They seem to be more of a "pest consultant" than a "pest control", and they're happy to charge you for telling you what you - and everybody else - already knew.

Can’t thank Bob from Whistler enough in helping treat our bed bug issues! He was an awesome exterminator and was really on top of it! Not only did he eradicate our room, he had the knowledge to deploy a K9 treatment to sweep the apartment building and discovered there were a few properties that also needed treatment. He made it his battle and he won as the building is now pest free. Once again! Can’t think him enough for not only treating the room and building, but for being there for us with our anxieties and therapy! Such a legend!

I signed up for the yearly package with Zoran and I have been 100% satisfied. A couple years ago we didn’t have this service and he would come out for problems with mice. I definitely prefer the yearly package as the service is excellent. He has made numerous visits to lay traps in the main floor, basement area and garage and crawl spaces. He always calls to see when he can come out to see how things are going and when he can come by to check the traps. Zoran is always professional, on time and. diligent with his work. He also takes the necessary precautions for COVID. We also had problems with carpenter ants and silver fish and he has sprayed the house twice for this. He always makes accommodations and fits us in when it is most convenient for my family. In the past I have used a few other pest companies but those have not compared to the service I have received with Zoran. I will definitely choose Abell for all my future pest problems.

I was impressed with how thorough he was and how Abell leaves green traps all around the exterior of the house. Whenever I spotted ant activity Justin came back and treated the area. This year I called Abell back for a wasp nest we had in the exterior wall of our house. Justin came back and after one treatment the wasps were gone. The attitude he showed me coming right out of the truck was shocking , as if it was my fault he had to return to reapply chemical spray for ants, maybe they should send a more qualified worker ? At least send someone who can act mature & professional at their job instead of behaving like a moody child? No thanks.
