Brad was very honest in saying that we don’t need any treatments to our house. I can’t imagine how much money I would have wasted if I called someone else. I’ve heard some horror stories. Had a pretty significant carpenter ant colony start migrating overnight. I called Brad and he walked me through the process, what chemicals would be used and how they would approach the problem. The day first thing in the morning Matt (tech) arrived promptly as scheduled, walked the whole perimeter of the house, walked through the house the problem spot. He sprayed the entire perimeter of the problem room (2nd story), the entire perimeter inside and out (ground floor) and fogged the walls where the suspect colony was. Thorough explanation of what he sees, which is plan of attack was, respectful of our covid protocol wishes to wear a face mask at all time when his PPE respirator was not required. We live in the country is a very old farm house so pest are inevitable; during any future issues this will be my go to company.

Honestly, STOP LOOKING!! CHOOSE BRAD!!! Talk about service, wisdom and experience you can depend on... Reliable, consistent, timely & dependable. Someone you would want in your corner in any situation let alone this! Firstly, I am not affiliated with Brad in any other way aside from selecting him to fulfill our needed services. My fiancé and I called him at the height of the pandemic in a very distraught place. We had just gotten off the phone with a swindler in this field who charges wayyy more than Brad. The attention to detail, his ability to listen to our concerns, work with our schedule, his ethical transparency, the integrity, character and honesty of this family man and gentleman bar none is worth so much more than anything that can ever be provided in this review and for the services he rendered us. He is adamant on doing a job right and is very good at what he does!! He is not lazy and is not afraid to put in the extra work even if it means he has to shift his schedule around to do so. There are less than a handful of businesses that I would ever recommend so highly and where I found Brad at (in his field of expertise) just makes it all the more jaw dropping to have found a total gem in spirit and in skill. Our problem is gone and we met a person who made us realize so deeply the value of local businesses. If you are thinking of going pro without the commercial nuances and inconsistencies behind large brands, trust me, this is your guy!! Do not waste your time or money anywhere else, we called progressive and another major brand I cant recall at the moment but the big guys and I am 100% certain the service and meticulous detail that was provided us by Brad not only would not be found in his field elsewhere but is very rare in ANY service industry. Seriously, stop looking! Go with Brad, this man deserves his business to be acknowledged most highly & I am convinced that any low rating reviews are from people with less than honorable qualities and reasons for posting. Brad is great! Very professional and honest! I called Brad and explained to him that we have a wasp problem (we weren't sure what type of wasp/hornet it was). He gave me a reasonable quote thinking it was a different type of wasp. He wanted someone to be home while he did the treatment so that we know that he came and did it the job. Another company I called was going to come to our house when we were at work and that company wanted to charge $75 per treatment per nest..... Brad asked me to take pictures and send them to him because it would be a few days before he could come to our house. I finally got some pictures of them today and sent them to him. He called me soon after and told me they're mud dauber wasps and that they are harmless and should go away soon. He recommended us to save our money and not get any treatment but if we really wanted to get treatment he would come and take care of them. I told him I appreciate his honesty and I'd like to save my money since I'm going on maternity leave in a couple weeks. My husband and I are both very impressed with him and grateful for his honesty! We will definitely call him in the future if we ever have any problems and we will be telling others about him!! Thank you so much Brad!!

He was very friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. I was a little worried about the cost as I had never needed Pest Control services before and didn't know what to expect but the price was right too. I would definitely recommend this company!

As we own Water Depot in Brantford & Cambridge and take pride in ethical and honest business operations - Brad & Matt are in our circle!!! We thought we had a bed bug problem or flea problem in our house,,,. Matt came and did a thorough inspection and discovered that we had NO infestation - the bites were probably from being out in our backyard with the pups where fleas live & breed. We can't say enough as they were honest and we were happy to pay the $75 inspection fee as they could have been dishonest and charged us $900 plus for the bed bug resolution. If we ever have a problem - we will certainly contact them and will recommend them to ALL who have any sort of an issue. Honesty is the best policy & in short supply these days - this company is who you want to call - don't bother calling anyone else! (And Matt - what a pleasure to chat with you!). Cheers!

Great Service - Held to their guarantee no questions asked the first call! Had Brad out to remove a very large hornets nest 20' up in a spruce tree. He said the bees would not likely return to keep building but if they did they would guarantee the nest for the year! Well less than 2 weeks later the nest was quite large again, I messaged Brad and without even returning my message he was at the house the next day to remove the nest again. Great, honorable service! Small businesses take note!
