I contacted this company as I had ants appearing in a sink in my master bathroom. They came out at a time that suited me and Khayyam and Iftikhar were very professional. We have a 4 month old baby so they worked with me to make sure that their products were not used anywhere the baby might use. Khayyam even took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, which pests to look out for and where they would likely be. Finally they finished by using ant bait near my sink and within 24 hours they were gone. All round very professional and easy to schedule.

These guys are 5 star and it's not for nothing. My appointment was gut renovated and brand new yet we had a constant roach issue. After some back and forth via messaging, someone came within 2 days and assessed the entire appointment top to bottom. Our contractor left many areas unsealed so they took photos and sent them to me! We hired a handyman, marked all areas with tape and had everything taken care of. We haven't seen a roach since and I'm A LOT less jumpy when I see a shadow! Plus I'm not nervous anymore when guests come over that they MIGHT see a roach. If you need piece of mind, look no further.

We hired Pesticon Pest Control Kitchener shortly after moving to the area (found them on Google!). The first time they came, they explained what the process was. We had an ant problem shortly after the first spray in one of our bathrooms. When we called, they promptly sent someone out to treat. They even checked on how everything was after the service. The ants were gone in less than a day! They told us that they found an anthill in the backyard and treated that at the same time. We haven't had a problem since then (August 2021). I called Pesticon Pest Control Kitchener, this time for Carpenter ants issue. Their tech was fantastic, caring and spent the time needed to correct my problem. He first inspected then applied the treatment. The first place he applied the chemical many ants came out like they were drunk and then they died. I feel it was money well spent. Thank you. You sure know your business. The last time I used this company was five years ago for termites, since then I haven't seen one. Great company to do business with, worth the $$$

Called this company when we started seeing bugs on our back deck. The tech was awesome when he came to inspect and give us an estimate. We signed up for service with him that day. We had to postpone the spraying twice due to heavy rains. We finally had another technician come to spray. He was great and was experienced at what he does. We had tried another company at first but they didn't catch a thing. They would rarely call back and their traps sat empty in our yard for weeks. This company came as soon as I called and that very night, we caught our first raccoon. This is an excellent raccoon removal company. I have hired them more than a few times in the past year to remove raccoons from some of my rental properties. I've been using these guys for years and they are great!! They use a solution that is safe for my kids and dog to be around, which is obviously really important but the stuff they use is incredibly effective too! We live in a valley near a stream, untreated we would have ants and bugs all year around but we are on a schedule and have our entire house sprayed every quarter. As a result we are bug free! Today Andre came to do our usual treatment on all three levels of our home, inside and out. He was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend these guys!

Always on time and sometimes early but they always call first. No problem with bugs since they have come. We have them out quarterly. We have also had lawn treatment which works well, and they have worked at our church in Kitchener too. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable and answers any questions you may have when they arrive. I'd highly recommend them!

Contacted them through google to get an estimate and Khyyam replied quickly then called me back to set up a date with them to come and check the parts of the house that needed spot treatment. A few days later Khyyam came by and I showed him the problem spots and he gave me a reasonable estimate. I thought I would have to wait till another day treatment would take place, but Khayyam said he could do the treatment right now If we wanted. Thanks again Khyyam for the great experience. Will definitely be contacting them again when my house needs to be tented later this year.

So far so good. Tomorrow will be the second flea treatment of two. To start with, this company came out on extremely short notice, within 2 hours of calling for emergency flea extermination. They were very helpful on the phone and the guy that came out was a pleasure to do business with. The price was perfect, actually cheaper than a few of the other places that I had called first that couldn't even make it out for up to 2 weeks. Whether the extermination has worked entirely has yet to be seen, but there has definitely been a noticeable difference and that is enough to warrant a 5 star rating at this point.

Pesticon Pest Control Mississauga is very responsive, and has treated our house for mice. A technician sprayed for ants a year ago (with product that is safe for pets and children) and we haven't had one since! Highly recommended. They’re fully licensed and insured and serves all of Mississauga.

Iftikhar Khan is the best! I still swear by my quarterly bug treatment, but today was extra awesome. Iftikhar was prompt, professional, and polite as always. I have been a customer for a couple of years now so through pleasant and informative conversation I was able to bring up a raccoon issue I currently had. To my surprise Iftikhar said "we can handle that too". I never thought to ask, but was overjoyed because I think so highly of this company. He thoroughly checked my attic and my exterior for signs of a breach. Thankfully the raccoon was out, and he informed me of my options. The quote was great!
