We hired First Defence to deal with a mouse problem in our home. Their team were able to assess the problem right away, and deal with the mice while keeping in mind the safety of our young children and our dog. Their price was affordable, and we are happy to report we haven't seen a mouse since! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing to remove pests from their home.

My wife and I have had issues with spiders in the house for years. It was nothing that was too crazy for us, but for all of our daughters it was absolute worst thing in the world. Tired of being summoned to kill yet another spider in the bathroom, I called Steve to see what they could do. He let me know that the spiders were just inside to grab food (and not like the movie Arachnophobia as my daughters had insisted). Either way, he was over and sprayed our entire outside and our daughters can now go into the bathroom without me having to go in like a swat team. Steve also gave me a few suggestions for the outside to keep creepy crawlers and other larger "things" out of the house. Top drawer service.

I can't say enough about Steve! He came and fixed my major mouse infestation in our new home! I got prices from three other companies and they were in the thousands!!! and that was only for the exterior sealing. He did traps, bait and seal for almost half! The missus and I heard noises coming from the attic on Friday night. Not sure what it was, and not wanting to go up there myself, I started looking for a local pest control company near me. Steve from First Defence was very understanding about our concerns and set up a time for him to come out Saturday morning. The next morning, Steve came out personally to inspect our place. Upon confirming that our attic was void of any animals, he set out to create a barrier that would make our house impenetrable for animals of all sizes. I can say that it has been three days and we have not heard a peep. If you are in the Brantford area, I would highly recommend First Defence for any animal removal or pest control needs you might have. Steve was very knowledgeable and thorough!

Great service from First Defense. We have just moved into or new home and found what looked like insect droppings. I called and had Steve come out to identify and he was able to not only let us know what it was but had great advice on how to keep these insects out and where to seal around to prevent them from coming back. We then called him again due to a yellow jacket problem in our back yard and another wasp problem in our eaves. I had used every resource I had and days doing it to combat the yellow jackets in the ground but with no luck they were just getting bigger and bigger. Steve was able to show up and get rid of them in 2 days with only 2 quick applications. Haven't seen them since. I can't thank Steve enough.
