This business has a number of clients in my neighbourhood. Every time their signs go up there is also lawn fertilizer spread all over the sidewalks, driveways, and road. I have brought this to the attention of the company in the past with no returned communication or change in behaviour. I can't speak to the quality of their other services, but I think that ongoing disregard for unnecessary nutrient runoff to storm drains (which then go to the nearest creek, stream, river or pond), is not professional behaviour. I can only hope that people take this kind of behaviour into account when they hire a lawn/pest control company (regardless of cost).
