It is very unlikely to see and understanding and cautious customer service these days. The Termax Inc. keeps their promise and provides the best quality and efficient services. I was surprised to see how quickly everything happened since my phone call to them. There was no delay and I didn’t had to call them again for anything at all. The company really wants to help and make the good will for its customers. This is the best services I have ever seen in Brampton, if I ever require their service again I will not hesitate to call them.

They do a sloby job I was offered the monthly service of removing the spiders on the walls of around the out side of our home and ants etc. We hired them for $170 per month. Then we noticed that the Termax Guy only removes and treats the front side of our home and leaves the other three side un touched. Asked and complained. His explanation was that the other sides of the house are located on uneven grains and that kind of grounds they would not do !!! Why did the offered it to us and got our money if that’s what they don’t do ?? Do Not waste your money. Make sure what they are selling you first.they will dodge your calls and don’t reply.

Worst company. I called a few places and when I was told it was a THREE treatment garentee I booked the appointment. I had two treatments done and I called to have the third they said they don't do three treatments and r telling me to pay another $295 for a third treatment when I already paid them and was told three .. they give faults advertisement over the phone and there treatment sucks I keep my house clean with having two kids and now have to phone another place and spend more money to get what I pay for. This place says 100% satisfaction guaranteed well again faults advertisement!!!

Termax sealed attic vents and installed a one-way door on a suspected point of entry of squirrels on August 3, 2019. They said they would return in 3 weeks to remove the one way door. When I called in September asking when they would return to complete this work they said they would the next time “they were in the area”. This never happened so I called leaving several messages at the beginning October to which they did not respond. I was able to reach someone on October 15 and they promised to remove the one way door and seal the area in question by the end of that week, which did not happen. Called again on November 25 and they again promised to finish the work by November 25 or 26. Again they failed to deliver and did answer or return my call on November 29. This company is happy to take $700 and not finish the job. Do not hire them. There are better and more professional companies to do this work.

Very friendly handled my problem. The technician has an insight to see what is the problem right away. And he is very earnest. I got a bunch of before and after pictures so that I can trust them. Call them they will answer the all of your questions and be there right away or whenever you want. Didn't I mention that you will get a 5 years guaranteed warranty? WOW!

I woke up to a lot of noise that was coming from my attic in the middle of the night. when i came out to see what was going on i saw a hole that was broken on my roof. i called termax right away, they were able to come the same day and install a trap door to get them out. Mike from termax came today and removed the door and sealed up the broken spot. thank you for all the help

My 78 yr old neighbour called termax because we had a family of skunks under our shed. Termax put down two cages and promised relocation, the cages have been sitting on the side of my house for almost 3 weeks. If relocation was possible they would have had a technician show up daily to check the traps daily. If i caught the mother and all 7 babies they would have died from heat lack of water and food. I want a full refund for my neighbour whom i believe was cheated out of his 300 dollars by a sham of a pest control company, i also still have their cages in my possession, save yourself the hassle and call a reputable company.

we had silverfish in our basement and i was terrified of them. they did the treatment and i saw results instantly. i used to see silverfish atleast twice a day and now i havent seen them in months. i would have to say compared to other pest control companies i've dealt with, this is by far the best one i have experienced.

I called this company after having had a pregnant racoon claim our doorstep as her latrine. After three days I called Termax and asked them for ADVICE. I informed over the phone that I've lived in an apartment and was unsure of how to deal with raccoons and if there are any other measures to take. They told me a cage was the only way and any other type of deterrent was a scam (all this rhetoric just to scam me). In the end they left two traps that closed the same night and then took the traps back within two weeks and disappeared. They are unprofessional and manipulative technicians who will say anything to get your cash. Please be wary.

DO NOT HIRE!! I am writing this review after contacting them multiple times over 24 hours to remove a mother and baby racoon trapped by them in my backyard in their traps for over 24 hours. It is very hot and they have both been in the traps without food and water and despite me calling, messaging and their promises to come they have not. They say they offer humane services! This is the opposite of that! Please do not use them. Go somewhere else. It is so distressing. These people are awful and inhumane!

It's been one month they didn't come and we called several time for followup, they always says somebody will come shortly. Will never recommend their service, they are failed to keep their promise even you are the only one that keep knocking them

We were suspecting bed bugs because for last 8-10 days we were having bites. We were doing visual inspections almost everyday. But could not find any clues except the bites. So I called this company on Aug 11 and asked for the same day inspection service since we were not sure if the bites were from the bed bugs. The Sri Lankan guy who came in (with another guy who looked like a young student to me) was highly unprofessional. He looked at mattress with his cell phone flash light, moved it aside a bit and said that there weren't any droppings on the mattress so doesn't look like we have bed bugs. I told him that we have already been tossing the mattress up and down for many days to check for any signs of the BB but could not find anything. And that's why we have called them ( so called professionals) to do some professional inspection. He said that that's all they do during visual inspection. I asked him to lift the mattress from the bed and check the box spring too but he didn't. He said that there's no need. He was about to leave when I asked him to at least check another bedroom too ( when I made the appointment I was asked about the number of bedrooms). I was expecting him to inspect all four bedrooms...... Anyways upon my insistence, he did the same kind of unprofessional inspection In the other room as well without touching the box spring, head board or anything else in room. On his way out he told me that doesn't look like you have any BB. When I told him that we are getting bites in the bed for sure, he said that may be we 1 or two BB then not more. Well, I paid him $100 dollars and he left. We were not satisfied at all. So the next day I called another company ( after reading the reviews about them) named Pestend to do the inspection. The guy who came in was really professional, informative, experienced and not lazy. He was able to find one adult bed bug hiding in the mattress seam within 5 min. I would like to mention here that he pulled the mattress and leaned it over the wall and did thorough inspection along the Seams and everywhere on the mattress. He found one more adult BB in the guest room as well. Honestly, we could tell the difference between these two inspections. We are having moderate infestation. So we booked for the treatment the next day on Aug. 13 and started preparing for it. Today it is Aug 15 and the treatment is done and we are waiting for the results. There is one more treatment due. And yes, Pestend charged only 70$ for the inspection. I wasted $ 100 for nothing. And yes, I called Termax today, a few hours ago to complain but the receptionist rushed to end the call saying they would speak with the technician. She didn't even ask me a single question or tried to explain anything. I am very angry on this company's service ????????????

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are completely ineffectual and unresponsive. Apparently it takes one spray to get rid of fleas, maybe 2, but this company came back twice and we washed everything and there are still fleas. We've had to call another company and pay a whole load of money again! They also didn't show up the last time we arranged for them to come using some excuse that when they called no one answered the phone - they had never called the previous times they came nor did they tell us that a confirmation call was a requirement. When I asked to speak to the manager I got run around and the manager never got back to me. This company is really dishonest and lazy. Please don't waste your money, hard work and time with them.

Do not use. Unsatisfactory work, and they will dodge you calls and never reply. First time they sprayed. I was condescending told that there was only 1 bug, and that they only sprayed the bedrooms. They did a second spray by a different employee, who seemed to do a full job, but it was still not effective. Now they refuse to answer their phone, or reply to messages to me or my landlords. *Edit* after a couple days they answered their phone claimed satisfaction is gauanteed, but they full price payment to spray again. For some reason the landlord is using them again.

Termax was called to install a one-way door for our chimney for the removal of a squirrel. Unfortunately, they were not very professional. After the work was completed, they had 1) left a few nails on our driveway, which had punctured one of our tires and had to be replaced, 2) charged us $200 more than the agreed-upon price after installation and 3) failed to remove the one-way door, which they claimed to have removed when we called to ask them about it a few weeks later. We know this as upon further inspection of our roof, we realized he had not removed the one-way door from our chimney and therefore did not complete his job. I would not recommend this company’s services and would listen to all the other one-star reviews, as this appears to be a pattern.

Do not use this company. They dont have a heart and they do not care about wildlife. Their services are inhumane and will be reported to BBB and animal services. They take advantage of people and their $. They dont care. please do not use this company. Karma works in mysterious ways to companies like this. I spoke to 7 other wildlife companies and they told me what this company did to me was inhumane, unprofessional and should be reported. Head up!

This is a biggest scam I've ever experienced in my life. unprofessional and rude person which works as a manager, call center and employee the same time. We are doing construction and we had racon in out attic . we called him to come and remove the racon from attic. he came for 10 minutes and make this racon ran from attic to other side of the roof than nobody can access. And then suggested us to close that area will plywood and leave a trap with sardine for racon . He assured us that racon will come out for food and he can catch it. Anyways, racon was there for 2 days and not only didn't eat the sardines but also damaged and chewed all the walls and serenading area and got her way out. To be honest she was smarter than this guy. she didn't touch the sardines. So we had to call our framer to come and fix all that damage areas and pay extra money again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A BIG SCAM. I am very unsatisfied and I am not recommending them. Please be careful....

I called Termax and they responded immediately to remove skunks that were living under my front porch stairs. This wildlife were making our lives unbearable with their stench smell. Termax came in and professionally installed a wire mesh and the skunks have reloated. I'm happy with the permanent fix and their fees won't break the bank. THEY DO NOT FINISH THE JOB!! If I could give them a 0 star rating i truly would. i called the back in October because i had squirrels in my attic. After charging me $350 for a one way exit door, and sealing 1 hole, they have yet to come back and take the exit door off to close the other entry hole. After several attempts to contact them, i finally got a hold of someone and they said that they will come take it off when they happen to be in the area for another service call. It is now December, and i have a cage that is visible at the front of my house. No one is answering any of my calls. Save your money and put it towards a company that will COMPLETE the job!
