I hired them for racoon situation...............dont hire them they are scammsters and know nothing of racoon intrusion.......hit racoon mother and left babies to die in attic ........and charged a ton of money....definitely reporting them to ministry of natural resources

Worst pest control company.. They will tell you one price on the phone and once they are about to start the job they double the price. Rude, unprofessional and nasty company run by apparently father and son. These people are very rude and lack of manners. I had a big fight with them after I backed up on our already arranged deal we had over the phone where I provided all the details of the house and specify what I needed to be done, this happened once they told me that the price was double. I am even thinking to report them with the police as I have them on video and also I want to report them with Health Canada. The young guy even treated me saying "he knows where I live now and I'll see"... Dangerous, and absolutely NO NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. SO BE AWARE OF THEM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. See how unprofessional they are... They just replied on here saying I haven't get any service from them, which is true BECAUSE I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE MY HOUSE AFTER THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF WITH DOUBLE PRICE AND BEEN SOME OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. PLEASE CHECK PICS I AM SHARING HERE SO YOU CAN CHECK THAT I AM TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS AWFUL SO CALLED PEST CONTROL COMPANY. . Google isn't allowing me to share pics or even the video I took from these people but whoever need to see them ask me on here and I'll send them to you.
