We were experiencing bee problems at one of the properties we owned. We requested quotes in Homestars and Janak was the first to reach out to me with a reasonable quote and willing to attend to the problem the same day. As his company had won Best of 2021 awards, had an excellent rating in Homestars and Google, we hired him. Janak went to the property and realized that there was no bee hive and the problem was something that he could solve with just spraying the place. He called us back and stated that the problem of bees was handled with just spraying and we should watch and call him if the problem develops further and if so, he would come back and attend to it. He did not charge me for driving to the place and spraying the area. I have never come across an individual who goes out of his way to do the work and finding that the work was not what we envisaged, did not charge. This is honesty and superior customer service at its core and I do want to appreciate Janak. We will certainly use him in future and I would highly recommend Janak.for any customer who needs an honest and customer oriented individual

I found a beehive inside my car right beside driver’s seat. Found this ph # on google and spoke with Janak Patel. I wasn’t even sure if I’m calling the right people. But he briefed me the process and showed up at promised time. I was freaked out seeing the live bees in my car but Mr Patel was quite calm and helped me relax. I have had pantry bugs, I have used other sprays to get rid of them but after the inspection and pest service. I do not see them at all. Janak provided detailed information of how to keep food and also told me to get rid of main food source which is infected. I found the source and got rid of that and on top of this pest service helped me remove bugs completely from my house. He advised me what to do in order to keep the area safe and also provided guarantee that bugs will not be coming back.

I had a shed demoltion scheduled and it was unfortunately put on hold due to a bee nest being found inside the shed wall. I called Pestisect at 1030am and Janak showed up at 230pm ready to take care of the problem. He was quick and professional and walked me through what he was going to do.
