I called Moe on a Sunday at 10pm and he answered the phone. I was in distress as I thought I saw a mouse. He listened to my concerns and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. He inspected the area and foundation around my house and my worst fears came true. A family of rats had made a hole and were coming into my basement. Moe quickly set traps and told me what to look out for. I had another issue the following day and made a call to moe and he came right away. It's been a week and I have seen no more evidence of the rats. Moe also scheduled a follow up with me for the next month. His professionalism is unmatched. He truly cares about his clients and getting the job done. He even explained what the phobia of rodents was called. The best part was that he's always available for your calls. I would recommend moe and his company to anyone as I know first-hand that he is reliable, his work is of good quality, and he CARES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

They conned us. Plain and simple. Bloody conned us. IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!!!The guy I spoke with on the phone said one thing but when the person showed up for the job the next day, he asked for a lot higher price, didnot guarantee the results like the guy on the phone did. He was rude and argued over everything. He said the guy on thr phone must have lied because we cannot offer that price or guarantee results. For every little work, he was adding to the agreed upon price which was supposed to be included based on the phone conversation. Terrible experience. Dont ever use them!!!
