Horrible customer service. Called them multiple times they advised me they would send over a guy. I paid an initial 100$ for the inspection in July was told leaving the animals would not cause any damage. The guy went on vacation. I called they sent new people with the wrong ladders. It is August 31, 2018 and they finally showed up, the squirrels removed themselves they added a mesh and told me damage had been done to my house as a result of the squirrels being there.

I found Shakeel at very busy commercial place where he was doing his job. We used his service in Nov 2018 for mouse problem inside the house and he came on the same day and placed trap all the very important places some of his placement I never thought exist (kitchen cabinets). And no more mouse till now . We are back again on his service for bed bugs at our two houses and one house is brand new from builder and we are doing treatment for prevention . He is very good at explaining and through on his treatment. And available to call and ask any advices.we love his service and we didn’t shop around for deals since he has best service and price is good.we highly recommend his service to anyone really want relief their stress from these unwanted creatures.

Shakeel was great. He’s quick with phone responses, arrived in a timely manner and very polite. He knew where to go and search when it came to placing traps.
