Hotrible horrible service is the word for them. The guy will come once charge u and when the problem persists says, ok lets try another option wants to charge the same amount again. When asked now after this time will the problem go away. He says no guarantee. I mean how many times u need to pay, there has to be some credibility. There r companies who give.written guaranty they might seem expensive in the begining but if u get the treatment with this company and pay even twice the one with guaranty turns out to be cheaper. Dont waste ur money on this company. We did and we r regreting that to save few bucks we fell in the trap and wasted our money.

We received outstanding service for bed bug by NH PEST CONTROL. I had the horrifying experience of bringing bed bugs home with me from a hotel, NH PEST CONTROL came over and gave all the instructions, how to prep our house before treatment, then he did the first treatment and the bites stopped immediately. He came for a 2nd treatment 2 weeks later and assured me that the bugs were gone. We follow his all instructions, and he did a second spraying of the house just to be sure and put my mind at ease. It has now been over 4 months since the treatment and I haven't had any bed bug activity since the first treatment and I am now fully sure that they are gone for good. Thank you NH pest control for your diligence and letting me live my life again without this nightmare. You did an amazing job. NH PEST CONTROL exterminator was polite with us, he also answered all our questions patiently and gave us reassurance. The problem we had is now fixed and we are more than satisfied. I recommend this company! Awesome customer service, a better than fair price, the bed bugs are gone completely and I'm confident that Im equipped with the knowledge now to prevent any sort of future infestation. 3 thumbs up!!! ???????????? COCKROACH TREATMENT!!! We had been seeing cockroaches for the past 2 months. We tried different stuff on our own but couldn't get rid of them. We called NH Pest Control, and they sent their technician. He did a great job and was able to get rid of all the cockroaches. Thanks to NH Pest control for providing great service.

I hired NH Pest control second time without looking for any other pest control in the area, because I already once have hired this company months before for ants control, I was happy that the ants problem was solved in a very professional way on cheaper rates than other pest control in the town. This time, I encountered with bedbugs and nothing came in my mind except highly professional company NH Pest Control that once already have solved my problem. Once again, on my very first call I got the reply and I was happy that he recognized me by my name as I already had used his services before. I am a person with many questions, but the guy responded all my queries and satisfied all the questions I had in my mind about the treatment, payment, and time duration for the treatment, and what if I again needed his services for the same reason shortly. The method that was to be used was explained in a very excellent manner. I had no doubts after the good explanation from the person whom I talked over the phone about how my home will be treated and how long would it take to eradicate the bedbugs from my house that were keeping me up all night. I have no issue in telling that due to bugs I was unable to keep my daily routine and my work was getting disturbed because of bugs bite keeps me restless all day and night. I had started feeling cranky and I talked to him in the same tone, but his response was very calm, that I realized later. I was told to keep patience during the treatment time of two weeks after first treatment, as it is very usual to see some bugs after first treatment, but they vanish gradually with the time. Once the time as appointment was set I had to see and follow all the protocol for the treatment as a client, and I had to leave the house for some hours as indicated in the instructions. He came on time without letting us wait for him. The treatment was done with all post-treatment instructions given by him, it made me think about him that how professional and dedicated he was. In the meanwhile, my friend needed a pest control and I recommended him as well for NH Pest Control that was to the best of my knowledge. I am happy that my recommendation for NH Pest Control to my friend resolved his problem and he was also very satisfied with the treatment. The use of good quality chemicals, satisfactory time spent on treatment, and a professional way of dealing inspired me for recommending this company to others as well. I believe good people are found everywhere on earth. I don’t want to deal with any other pest, I believe no one wants, but if I would, I would recommend NH Pest control without any second thought.

Unprofessional. Buyer beware. We've been fighting bed bugs for many months, and realized that we can't do it ourselves anymore because they kept re-appearing. Every time we think we got them all, they would come back in full force 2 weeks later. We know that the chemicals available at Home Depot and such are consumer grade, and we needed professional help with the real insecticides (the kind you need a license to buy). That's when we called NH Pest Control. He offered 3 months guarantee, and if more came up he will come and spray again. We were reasonably satisfied with the plan. We sprayed twice for bed bugs, two weeks apart. After both sprays we found live bed bugs. After the first spray, we decided to wait because it was still early. Now we were getting ready to inspect the mattresses before reloading our dressers (2 weeks after the second spray), and found several live bedbugs running across the floor, alive and well. Now he does not answer our calls. When we were new customers, we got the white glove service. After we paid, it was a totally the opposite. The owner (I presume) blocked my number. When I got a hold of him with a different number, he told me to kill them manually, mumbled something in his native language (I assume he was cursing me) and hung up abruptly. He will take your money and then do absolute minimum. When I was watching, I had to ask him to spray a few areas that were known to be infested, otherwise he would not have done them. Then he mumbled under his breath and did it with with a face full of attitude. Excuse me, if you said you would spray the whole house, why are you making faces? These bed bugs will continue to reproduce and re-infest my house, thus not resolving any issue. My cockroach problem is also still present, which he also sprayed for at the same time. He did not tell me what chemicals he used, nor he did not tell me what to expect afterwards or give me any instructions. I only knew what to do because I have a lot of experience dealing with them. He refused even to give me the MSDS which is required by law. I would give zero stars if it was possible. This is my own experience, which was not pleasant, any my initial problem was not resolved. Spread the word, do not use. NH PEST: I'm waiting for you to contact me to resolve my problem. Once my issue is 100% resolved, I will consider updating my review!!! Unblock me and call me.

*stay away, spend your money elsewhere* If i could give this guy 0 stars i would, and this is why. Called this guy to a property where our tenants saw signs of roaches, maybe one or two running across the wall. It wasnt even an infestation or anything like that, but we wanted to fix the problem and give peace of mind to our valued tenants. When speaking to him on the phone, he was very nice and well spoken and informed us the procedure in getting rid of roaches. The apartment is newly renovated , with a brand new kitchen. I asked him what product he was going to use. He didn't even know the name of the product, all he said was "dont worry, all our product is safe and regulated by the government" . At that point, i kinda knew i was screwed. I saw him pouring tap water from the sink and another solution from a bottle into his spray canister. I left to do some lawn care and when i came back into the kitchen, this guy soaked, and i mean SOAKED the kitchen cabinets with the solution, water or whatever he was spraying. The kitchen cabinets were brand new from Ikea and the wood started to swell from all the liquid he sprayed. water was running off the cabinets and countertop like i had a broken water pipe. I was Shocked. He even oversprayed the electrical outlet for the stove...I asked him if this is normal procedure and that my cabinets shelves are swelling from this... and he said "ive worked on much bigger homes with Oak/Cherry wood cabinets. much more expensive". well I dont care if these are just "ikea" cabinets, whose gonna fix this? You ruined my cabinets. He started getting toilet paper and wiping the excess liquid. Then he says " ok pay me so i can leave". *warning* this is not a company. There are no technicians, this is a one man scam operation. i read his reviews before i called but now im certain those reviews are fake. When a business address shows a random house on google maps, it should ring some red flags

Excellent experience. Good response from first call and come very prepared. Used mask gloves and fully practices social distancing for covid. Very professional , through assessment was done and briefed us before doing application of pest control. Even asked about neighbours and if pets around and kept unleashed. Found having in-depth knowledge of pest control. Fully equipped with required equipments and also uses personal safety equipment and industrial grade masks. Best part was after service call I received for update on problem . My problem for mice and ants is solved Highly recommend the NH Pest control

Was reachable right away, asked all sorts of relevant questions to assess the problem and came the very next day fully prepared to deal with it.
