I am leaving this review because Gaelan and his team of experts have solved my problem with ease. They explained to me everything over the phone before coming out and did exactly what they said. The price is fair and others were cheaper but I know that this was the right choice because it is the experience i payed for. They removed one large racoon and 5 of her babies from the attic. We had Durapest come and seal the area underneath our shed as the raccoons made it their home. Gaylen was quick to respond to our calls for quote and questions, he came over on Saturday to inspect and on Sunday to do the work. The work seemed to be of good quality and we haven't seen the raccoons since then in our backyard. I would highly recommend him based on our experience. I'll update my review in a few months depending on how the wired mesh in the trench holds. So far 5-star experience. Very professional service at a competitive price.

After inspecting they said it was squirrels and all entry points were sealed immediately and a one way door installed. I have procured the service of Durapest with the recommendation of my neighbor which they have serviced to seal all openings to keep out the racoon, They have managed to keep the racoon out of my neighbor's house, but it found its way to my attic. Since the racoon(s) is already in my home, we agreed that they install a one-way door and install 8 guards on vents. I could agree they did a good job in sealing the vents and other corners that are potential entries for the racoons. My disgust, that is why I am making a 1-star review, is after 3 weeks the racoon is still in the house running around and ruining my attic and it found another corner as an entry point. I have called several times and a couple of times they have agreed to come and have a look, but they didn't come. I have called several times again and left voice mail but still I have not heard from them. I also texted them, they agreed to come, but they didn't show up. The racoon(s) are still in my attic and the guys that made sure to get the critter out and keep it out, has not hold the end of the deal. For now, I am giving a 1 star review, until the racoon is out of my house.

Most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never written a review in my life but the abysmal service I received (or rather didn't receive) was so bad that I signed up for a Yelp account just to write this. I hired this company to remove Squirrels from my attic. Two young men arrived and spent a grand total of 10 minutes on my roof (never going in my attic despite me asking them several times to do so) they told me there was only one hole chewed in the edge of the roof on the front of the house allowing the squirrels access to the attic. I protested that there must by more holes as most of the noise I heard was at the back of the house they assured me there was only one hole then they screwed a "one way" door over the hole and said they would return in a week to remove the door after the squirrels left on their own. Several days later I called and complained that the squirrels had not left and I could hear them quite clearly coming and going from the BACK of the house, they argued with me that that was not possible and I must just be hearing them ON the roof not inside the attic. I demanded they return and when they finally did sure enough they found two more holes in the roof exactly where I said they would be! They charged me a second time ($300+tax the first time, $100 + tax the second time) and patched the other two holes and installed a one way door (again) promising to be back in a few days to remove it. At this point I had lost my patience and wanted to see for myself so I rented a 40ft ladder and some equipment and supplies and went onto my roof and into my attic to investigate for myself. I found more gaps (simply by seeing where sunlight was coming in) something the technicians could have done easily had they bothered to go into the attic (something I requested they do multiple times) I also discovered that the holes they "fixed" were done halfassed, they used wire mesh with 1 inch squares and just screwed it to the roof through my shingles over the holes. leaving the holes intact to allow cold, rain, snow, mice, insects, etc to easily access the attic. An easy fix would have been to use aluminum sheeting instead of mesh and the problem would have been solved then and there but they were either too lazy or didn't care. So now more than two weeks have passed and I am out almost $500 dollars and still have squirrels in my attic. I contacted the company head office who claim they are issuing me a full refund but that was a couple days ago and the refund has yet to appear. They also claimed for the last 5 days in a row to be coming "tomorrow after 3pm" to remove their one way door that is still hanging from the edge of my roof and 5 days in a row I have called to complain that no one has shown up and I receive a different excuse every time I call. In this two week period multiple appointments were cancelled or postponed by them with no excuse other than "we're busy" and in many cases I was home (taking time off work to meet the technician) and they just never bother to show up. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have no idea how they are still in business. Worst of all after all this the squirrels are still there and I am going to have to start from scratch with another pest removal company.

The after service of Racoon removals is terrible. After they installed the one way door on my roof July 2019 and never came back to remove it. I gave them several calls in the past 1 year, they promised to come but never show up. Today after I give them the call they finally came, but they said if you want to flat fix we need charge $50 more, since we change policy after March! Come on, you guys are supposed to come July last year!

After 7 weeks these guys didn't remove the door after requesting 2 times. When I called them initially they showed up within a few hours. But to come and finish the job after paying in full, I was told that they are too busy and will finish the job when they are in town. It's 7 weeks now. I asked for a partial refund as I got a someone else to finish the job. I was told within 5 days that they would finish it. I don't appreciate their dishonesty. Not interested in playing games.

Friendly & Effectively sealed the entry point and 3 others potential weak spots at extra charge agreed in advance . Overall good value with 5 years warranty on the job done. The weak point they can improve is timeliness & to give a curtesy call if running late. On both visits , showed up 2-3 hours later than appointment time without a call notifying of the delay. I had secured the services of DuraPest to trap and remove a skunk that had burrowed under the shed on our property. They were initially quick to respond to taking on the service and assured that once it’s trapped will will be relocated ‘a good distance away’ so that it will not come back. Their pricing was fair and reasonable and most reviews were positive so I went with them. 1. The traps they had provided had old stuff (sardines and plastic) under the plate which caused it to not trap the skunk as it jammed it from closing. I realized it after I had to replace the bait a couple of times and it finally worked. 2. Secondly when they came to remove the skunk, I was under the assumption that it will be relocated a good distance away where it would not come back. Well that evening, the exact same skunk came back, sprayed my dog and went to the exact same spot by the shed where it previously burrowed through. I have tried to contact them in regards to this the last couple of days and have not heard a response yet. Truly disappointed

The experience started off great, but now 2 months after the service I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. The phone is disconnected and nobody responding to emails. There is a 6 month warranty, but that’s not promised since I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone . Mice are still in the attic. It’s a shame .spent money for a service that didn’t do anything. Tempted to report the company.
