We had mouse damage in our brand new trailer this spring, just in time for us to move into our newly leased lot that was paid for and waiting. The timing was awful. When SGI gave us the list of Pest Eradication services, I called every one on the list. I was either sent straight to voicemails, answering services, straight out told “no we won’t come to your farm”, or “we can help you in two weeks”. I called NextGen Pest Control and David answered promptly and was at my farm within 45 minutes of my call. He kept me informed, accepted etransfer for the deductible, and regularly checked in trailer and changed traps until eradication and sanitization was complete. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service as I feel quality service is what’s lacking in most businesses these days. The bar was pretty low, but NextGen was next level customer service! Would recommend to anyone.
