My parents had an issue with mice and I tried to resolve it on my own, but finally reconciled I needed to call in some help for our peace of mind. Many of the companies I contacted were rude, aggressive, not helpful, and refused to speak in English or have English on their sites which is incredibly disrespectful. He was incredibly respectful to my parents which meant the world to me. His products are safe for humans and animals (except mice), subtle, and environmentally-friendly, and his site is perfectly bilingual- really says a lot about his priorities and values.
