The cleaners don’t have good attention to detail. They were supposed to do dusting, cleaning, the floors, bathrooms etc. The floor in the bedroom under the open-legged side tables was left full of dust. The ledges in the bathroom were left dusty and hairy - as bathroom shelves tend to get. Two people were here for less than an hour and a half and the bill was over $170. Some of the floors were done okay - but certainly not good value for the money paid.

Michelle did a fantastic job! I don’t think my house has ever been this clean. All the tiny details like the top of the TV and the ledge in the wainscoting were spotless. Highly recommend this company.

So happy with our TidyBase experience! We've tried out 3 or 4 different local cleaners and I can definitely say TidyBase is by far the top of my list! Booking was INCREDIBLY easy - instant booking calendar online! Easy to get pricing, choose services, and schedule. And the job itself was extremely well done - the cleaners were friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. Absolutely going to do a recurring subscription with them. So glad I finally found someone good around here!

I hired tidybase to do a deep clean of my apartment and was really surprised at how shoddy they left my house, it was in a worse state than when they had arrived. The cleaners had no attention to detail, left the sink and carpets dirty and were rude when I pointed out the deficiences. Never use this company!

I needed a cleaning service quickly and used the Tidybase service. It was easy to book and I liked the fact that I received a quote and could book all online witha few clicks. The cleaners arrived on time, were very courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the house. Everything looked great. It was a little over priced at $186.00 for a small 2 bedroom home of $1200 sq ft, however it was convenient and reliable. i would definitely recommend this service.

The good: Booking was easy and effortless. They came when they where scheduled. Reviews on google looked promising, hence the two stars The cons: I thought this was a cleaning service. They had an empty place to clean before we moved in. When we go there a lot of things were not completed. We asked for a complete deep clean including the walls. it was approximately 1200 sq ft. There where things missed everywhere, cob webs still in the corners of the ceiling and the walls had more marks on the after they wiped everything. The stove was still dirty, the base boards hadn't been touched and not all the cabinets had been wiped or the shelves in the closets. the floors were moped with what looked like dirty water. They explicitly say on there website when ordering do you want a deep clean. I had to go through the whole house and clean everything again. For 450.00 I really didn't get value for my money. Too bad, I was hoping for better and a premium service at that price. I would have used them regularly on a weekly or bi weekly basis had they been able to preform. If the people that have left reviews think that there houses are being cleaned after this service, then so be it. Please note, the house was completely empty, all they had to do was a thorough clean, nothing to move or get in the way. Looks like I will look elsewhere for a new service.

**WARNING** My brother and myself hired this company Tidybase to do a (Deep clean) to an apartment two days before his new tenant was supposed to move in. The services were quite expensive roughly 356$ give or take, they showed up to the wrong apartment attempting to enter without consent. His tenant proceeded to tell the cleaner which apartment to go to, we showed the cleaner the empty unit and then explained what we wanted cleaned and that basically every surface needs to be touched upon. After about 2 hours and A LOT of really loud banging noises the cleaners came back to the door and said, "Just wanted to make sure you lock up" and before we could say much of anything they took off quicker then they arrived. Upon self inspection i'm 100% convinced the cleaners did absolutely NOTHING. As a matter of FACT, they actually managed to leave the apartment much more dirty than before they arrived, we had the carpets steam cleaned professionally the day before and now they are covered in muddy shoe prints. The dirt and dust was left smeared all over the place by a wet cloth continuously in many different areas' of the apartment. Highly unprofessional company with TERRIBLE customer service. The owner yelled at us over the phone for VOICING our CONCERNS and then blocked our phone number, this all after the two cleaner before hand YELLED in our faces calling us EVERY name in the book. STAY FAR AWAY from this "Company"<< This is just my opinion through my experiences with (TidyBase) you can do what you'd like. If anyone would like before and after pictures that can be provided, if interested to see what 356$ of cleaning services looks like.

Shauna and Rick were AWESOME. They were on time and so incredibly kind. They did a fantastic job spending almost 2 hours to get the job done. They went above and beyond (doing little extras) and were all around lovely people. I would recommend them again for sure.
