Contacted Out of Control Pest Control last year about a problem we were having with critters living under the cottage and causing issues with health and safety. We wanted a humane solution as it is illegal to trap or kill mink. They responded quickly and came up to install one way doors - the animals could leave but not return. It worked! Out of Control also helped us deal with a wasp issue at the same time. We will definitely contact them again should we encounter similar issues.

We had an out of Control Rat infestation in which we were seeing Rats out in the open and not able to sleep at night due to rat activity. I sent Cory a message due to his great google reviews at 10pm. Not only did Cory call me back well after normal buisness hours within 15 minutes of my original message at 10:30pm He was on my doorstep the next morning to do a consult and laid poison bait that day. He was extremely careful with the poison because I have dogs and was so reassuring and understood our stress levels. He texted every day the first week and came out twice more. I can’t say enough good things about Cory and Out of Control Pest Control. Prices were extremely reasonable and his guarantee can’t be beat. We were ahead of the infestation within two weeks... Cory responded to my call for help with yellow jackets in the fascia of our home. He arrived on time and proceeded to apply a powder spray to the area. While here he also agreed to inspect our home for any problem areas and identified a couple of potential problem areas. No sign of hornets the next day!! We have had Out of Control Pest Control out twice now for two separate issues and both times were more than pleased with the results ! This most recent time, I contacted the company and received instant response. First thing the next morning Corey was at our home completing an inspection and sprayed our home to assist with our “bee problem”. 24 hours later I was elated to report we hadn't seen any bees in our around our house. I had the stressful issue of discovering Friday morning that dozens & dozens of wasps were taking up residence in the siding of our house. A huge anxiety as I am deathly allergic to wasps. I sent a message to Cory on a Saturday night of a long weekend because we had 4 red squirrels in our basement in 2 days (out of nowhere-never had them in the 8 years we’ve been here). He sent me a message back right away and was here the next morning. He did a complete walk around the house inside and out and was able to identify the spot they were coming in. He was absolutely right because my husband had to use spray foam to put the chimney sweep door back on outside (just as a deterrent until he could get a metal grate to cover it) and the next day we could see the scratch marks of them trying to get back in! Cory is definitely the best and I highly recommend out of control pest control!
