I would like to say thank you to Rick. What a great guy!! I was feeling so sad after losing my husband. Just when I thought things couldnt get worse, I found mice living in my attic. Funeral costs and having to replace my roof had taken all the money I had. I was frantic. I called North Pest Management and Rick called me back right away. I explained my situation and Rick offered to come right away, but because money was tight, I told Rick I could get my daughter's boyfriend to do whatever was needed. Rick didnt hesitate to tell me what to do, and even reassured me not to worry because he would stay with me through the process, until the mice where gone. When I called Rick to tell him it had been 10 days since I had caught any mice, he told me what else I should do. Not once did Rick try pushing his services on me, and he didnt hesitate to help me.
