I called Last Call Pest Control to help rid us of the Gypsy Moth catapillars which were covering our home and eating all the leaves and pine needles on our trees. I phoned Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Rachel. She booked us an appointment for the next day. She arrived promptly at 10:30am, explained the procedure and promptly got to work spraying the house, garage and other out buildings including the pool deck. Within two hours the catapillars were falling off the house dead. Rachel explained that the spray should last for approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We are extremely happy with the service Last Call Pest Control has provided us. We have already recommended her services to other neighbours. I will not hesitate to contact Rachel at Last Call Pest Control again when needed. ????????

I was looking for a well-rated solution for pest prevention - we have really bad spiders, earwigs, and ants every year and since we spend most of our time in our basement, you can imagine how frustrating that can get. I reached out to Rachel and got prompt responses. Not just that, she really did honestly answer all of my questions. When presenting the different 'plans' she offers, she did not in the least try to sway me from one to another or give me the "hard sell," she's simply there to provide the customer's choice. Other things I like about this company are that it is focused on being environmentally friendly - I have no desire to hurt other wild animals that may come by and that's not a concern here. She's local, which is awesome and I always think supporting non-chain business is a worthwhile endeavour - and her truck is effin' awesome, you'll have to see it, haha. When it came to her on-site visit, she was much like she was by email - friendly and patient, showed and explained everything in layman's terms (which was appreciated), and she wore a mask without request which is very important in this day and age and was MUCH appreciated on our end. All-in-all, definitely a service I would recommend if you're looking for either pest prevention, or control. Thanks!

I called Rachel after a yellow jacket infestation in my foundation wall turned into a major problem in the summer of 2021. My neighbour tried spraying into the crevice with Raid and putting out a fake wasp nest to deter them, to no effect. She came out and the problem was taken care of within minutes, there was little activity after 24 hours and none after three days, although I did see two attempt to crawl in after a week had passed, which was the amount of time she had recommended to me before filling the hole with polyurethane foam. I've had no issues since, and if I ever have any similar problems I know exactly who to call first!

Rachel was phenomenal. I have never hired an exterminator before; but when I need one again I will definitely be hiring Last Call Pest Control. Likely this fall/winter as country living has it's uninvited guests. Rachel is professional and has a keen eye. As she inspected the exterior of my house she actively listened to all my concerns and provided solutions that were honest and insightful. She is prompt, very efficient, and down to earth. Her knowledge is amazing about all living creatures. I had an insect problem and carpenter ants had started to move in. Once Rachel sprayed the exterior of the house, we have not seen any insects in our house since. She also took care of our wasp community that had taken up residence in very hard to reach areas.
