Are they even answering phones anymore? I placed an order for delivery over a week ago and haven’t heard anything. I’ve tried calling numerous times but the line just keeps ringing. I gave it a solid hour of just ringing before giving up.

Beautiful fall mums hanging baskets! Staff were friendly and helpful. Had an unopened package of insulation we bought 6 months ago. No receipt and unsure whether they would accept return. Celine was able to find the original purchase with our credit card and refund was done in a couple minutes. Wonderful customer service, Celine!

I bought a brand new riding lawn mower .lowes gave me snow blower keys to start a riding lawn mower .after going from havelock to peterborogh to a lawn mower dealership l have had to buy 3 keys and 3 ignition switches and l had to buy a new battery for this mower and l had to buy a buster battery to get to start.lm out 350.00 out my pocket and mower still doesn't run unless you bost the battery.lowes left me high and dry and out of pocket 350.00 plus my time.l wouldn't recommend lowes to any one.a real big rip off.
