Down River Pest Control did an amazing job for my wife and I. Hernan was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only was he early for our appointment but he was dressed like a professional that you only see on TV commercials.....must be because he is a former Marine! The vehicle that he showed up in looked like it was freshly washed and waxed. This is a company that takes pride in their work and appearance. I definitely will use them in the future and will highly recommend them.

I called Down River Pest Control because I was in a pinch. I was going to use another company but they could not do what I needed in the time that I needed. I'm so happy they couldn't! KIM IS AMAZING! I called, she told me because of the holiday she didnt have any openings til Friday! She ASKED what my situation was, I explained and she made time for me. She was very thorough. She checked every crack, corner, behind all appliances, under cabinets, I could go on and on. As she inspected she was educating me on different pests, what to look for, how to prevent, etc. Kim is very personable, honest, and so knowledgable. Misfortune turned fortune for sure! Honestly, I'm very appreciative! Thank you Kim!

Anyone who writes anything poorly about this company obviously hasn't actually paid for one of their services clearly. Family recommended that we see them due to a problem with centipedes and the service has been exceptional since. They have so much respect and care for their customers; they are worth every penny. During their most recent visit for an outdoor spray, one of their employees was kind enough to put our garbage cans back behind our fence. That is above and beyond exceptional customer service and we would recommend them to anyone that needed pest control

I can not begin to explain how happy I was with the experience we had with Kenny from Downriver pest control 5 stars is not enough! We had a pretty bad hornet problem and they were coming in the house with 3 kids and two dogs everyone was on high alert trying to keep from getting stung. Kenny came out to the house and took care of the problem,the hornets had nothing on him! He was quick,efficient and provided lots of information to my daughter. The price was so reasonable I probably spent more on bee spray myself when I should have just called in the first place! Lesson learned and many thanks to these brave men and women!

When my parents believed they had termites we requested a free estimate, downriver pest control were very helpful and took the time to search under the entire home to determine if this was the case. As it turns out it was a boring beetle, i believe any other company would have tried to press forward to charge the money for a termite inspection but downriver pest control actually told the truth-Thank you for all you have done!!!

I cannot express how grateful I am for this service. Very professional, attentive to detail and answered all of my questions. In regards to the attention to detail, having 2 dogs, the company used bait traps that are pet/child proof! These bait traps were placed in areas that my dogs cannot reach! The price was more then reasonable and the company treated my home as if it was their own. It is difficult to find businesses that truely care about the customer...this company far exceeds my expectations. I would definately recommend this company! Thank you!

I honestly can't say enough about this company. I've used them twice now and they are quick and efficient. They always allow you to call within a period of time if the problem persists. Don't try to fix a pest problem yourself, just give them a call to do it right. You'll be glad you did.

I called the company to have an estimate on a rat removal. The woman on the phone was so rude. I told her about the entry point and she begins to tell me how they are a trusted company and they guarantee there work. And if I'm not going to fix the entry points then they dont want my business. First of all, I never said I couldn't fix the entry points. I dont want your business if your going to make threats when we were discussing business.

This hornets nest was at the end of my Aunts driveway and was very active. When Kenny and his team were there to spray he saw the nest and immediately took it upon himself to remove it.
