I called Dave a few weeks ago and had an amazing response from his team. Victoria was such a big help in answering all my question. We had discovered carpenter aunts in our house I felt they were just getting worse. Dave knew exactly where they were and treated the area he also sprayed the whole house inside and out. Since having Dave out I have seen a few but have been all dead which is ok. Thanks Dave!! Will definitely recommend you in the future

I checked with other pro's and discovered they need to treat every room every week for a month or two if you wait till you see one to call them to come back its too late. It need to be done weekly every room in the house just coming and doing the place you found one is just driving them from place to place i .Good for them cause they can say its a new infestation and bill you again and again. So call them every week and tell them you found one or two in each room and stay to make sure they do a proper job they don't use poisons so when they say you can't be there they are just making sure you are not there to make sure they do it proper. don't take his word for it. Response for yellow jacket bees was super fast. Staff on phone got ahold of me once they opened. Dave came, explained who, what, where & killed the colony beside shed. He sure knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company.

We had wasps that migrated indoors in late fall (20/30 a day buzzing in our rec room/basement in morning and late evening). It’s been a week since the company was in, and we’ve only had a couple dying ones flying around, as was expected. The gentleman that came to do the work was so informative and put our worries to rest. He was COVID friendly, asking about masks, and very sure he could help us. The office was also quick in answering invoicing questions. The price was less than expected. Very satisfied, even if we have to call them again, we would use them in a flash.

We have a cottage in Little Britain that was having a terrible wasp problem. Dave and his team took such good care of us knowing we have 3 babies and we’re frightened for them to be sting. It took 2 service calls since there were several nests but Dave was persistent and made sure we were totally satisfied. We are so glad to find such a dependable company and w e intend to stay loyal to them for all our pest/bug/wasp concerns!

We had our house sprayed for spiders yesterday. We also have had a massive Gypsy moth infestation. Not only are the spiders gone but our Gypsy moth caterpillars are all DEAD. thank you so much for spraying, the service tech was so understanding and did such an amazing job. Very professional. Dave came by our place yesterday as we were having an issue with wasps. We have had multiple yellow jackets all around our home and has made it impossible to use our balcony. While there did not appear to be a nest, we got the house sprayed anyway for some peace of mind. The service was great but most importantly I wanted to give a shout out to Dave. What a character. There was an issue with our house the day that they were to due treatment internally. They reschedule a time when the company was going to be in the area and didn't charge us an additional fee for having to come back. ( an issue out of our control but certainly not company fault) Then there was an issue with billing ( both our faults) They ( we) resolved the issue that day. I 110% recommend them. Amazing customer service

Dave was very sympathetic, calmed us down, and by the end of the conversation we were confident that his company could help us.
